Anthony Hartley was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He came highly recommended by my father-in-law, who has leased many cars from him, and he did not disappoint. We left with a great deal on a car that we love after exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service. We will definitely be back to lease more cars in the future from Anthony.

Update, 2019: This is our second lease from Anthony; this time we upgraded to a CR-V. Once again, Anthony was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. I put my trust in him entirely and will be back to him for my next lease and those thereafter.

Just bought a new Odyssey at Planet Honda and it was a pleasure. The staff was great, especially our salesman - Steve March. Our finance person was also great. His name was Matthew Manos. The building is very nice with a cute little cafe. I'd recommend buying a car here to anyone.

Worst ever. Typical car salesmen. Bate and switch. Advertise 0 down but the bottom line is outrageous fees which are included in the fine print so they say. Who in the world understands their fine print. Also advertise a 39 month lease, but the car is only warranted for 36 months. so who is responsible for the remaining three months? you the customer. Who in the world would want that arrangement? The salesman was nice enough, but his manager was irritating and did not make a professional impression with his dirty nails bitten down to the skin. Yuk. He looked as though he was one of the mechanics. And he insisted that the advertisements were NOT misleading. I beg to defer.
In any event, we walked. If I may borrow a line from the movie Pretty Woman "big mistake" We plan to buy our Honda Accord from the dealer down the road.

I came to Planet Honda looking to purchase a vehicle. There I met Ryan Mckenzie he was very professional and extremely helpful with purchasing a great car. Great personality and just all around a great guy. Will totally recommend someone to this location and let them know to specifically ask for him. One of the best delearships I visited! I had real straight forward and enjoyable experience! Very little pressure from the manager or the salesmen to upsell me. Even when it came down to bargaining for the price of the vehicle, I was surprised by how willing they were to work with me.

I asked a lot of questions about the vehicles I was looking at, and the salesman Dante worked very hard to answer all of them to the best of his ability. Questions he was unsure of, he took the time to find the answer and got back to me. He let me take my time, answered or looked up any questions I had, and let me really think the whole purchase through. He even kept me posted about some other vehicles after I left that were helpful for me.

This was my first used car purchase, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and the honest care I received. The price I paid was better than fair, and I was not pressured to purchase anything unnesesarry. If you purchase a used car, I'd recommend Planet Honda, and definitely ask for Dante!

Place is no good, guy Ash was very rushy all he kept saying was yes yes, took me for a walk around. All he kept saying was u need a big downpayment, basically over 10gs for just an accord. Then they force you into doing a deposit then they say "i will call you by 12 on
Monday" comes monday i have to call him around 4pm and their answer is ohh we are waiting for the bank. Like really they going to wait days for an approval i bet u if the credit was in the 800's they will call u asap!!!! Cause is a sure sale but since ur not in the interest they dont even bother then i get transferred to a "tiaboo" or teabo" whatever his name is and as soon as i tell them
I want to cancel boom they hang up on u call back and say ohhh said u wanted a refund soni said ok so he said 72 hours we got to wait... in all conclusion advise everyone to avoid this place after soo much business they get from alot of ppl they still dont learn any professionalism or courtesy to even follow up!!! It is not a good place!!!!

THE WORST. They essentially forced me into an extended warranty that covers NOTHING. I ve had my car less then two years. Had a recall and a problem now that they are holding my car for THREE days and they refuse to cover a rental so I m paying for rides to and from work for three days. I m paying 600 A MONTH FOR A HONDA. And they cover NOTHING. i have family in the car business at other dealers and i was told this is absolutely bogus. I will never return. My salesperson Frankie was great, and has been the only honest person through this process.

Bought a certified car and was given only 1 key. The sales rep told me to come back in few days and he will have the service department cut me the second key. I went back 2 weeks later, the sales rep was off that day so service dept denied giving me the second key without the sales rep.
So I go back after couple more weeks and now the sales rep and his manager are saying do you have anything in writing that we owe you a key? So they denied giving the second key. It was a mistake that I trusted the sales rep when he told me to come back for a second key. Not trustworthy people.

I had a most wonderful experience with Eduardo Haman today!!!! He got me into a new car that was a perfect fit for me. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was an enjoyable experience.

My experience with Planet Honda was just awesome. Picked up a 2010 honda civic certified car. These guys have unbeatable price around the tri-state. The process of taking the car was really smooth. I just went to Planet Honda for checking out the cars, not prepared to buy on the same day. But the way I was treated and their smooth process which eventually made me to buy the car on the same day and drive back home :). My salesman was Anthony Forson. Anthony has got lot of patience. He explains each and everything in depth. My finance manager was Daniel Sopher, he is just awesome. Though I did not take the finance from Honda, the attitude of these guys towards the customer remained same (which I have not seen with most of other honda dealers). Overall my experiance with Planet Honda was good. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I have to admit, the experience we had at Planet Honda was first rate. It all started with Shea who worked tirelessly to search and secure the exact color we wanted for our 2015 CR-V Touring AWD. She was in constant contact and kept me in the loop on progress. Mo, our sales rep, was extremely courteous and treated us like a true customer. Although we went back and forth on prices/options (who doesn't these days!), in the end, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the deal and happy purchasing our very first Honda. And we completed the entire process with Levie, who was as courteous as others we met and worked with us on fiance options, additional options, etc. He guided us through the mounds of paperwork, which in retrospect, was fairly quick.

The car was in immaculate condition and Mo took the extra time to show us how to use various features, etc. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Planet Honda and specially, Shea, Mo and Levie to all who plan to purchase a Honda in the future.

Very disappointed with Honda. I took my car for an oil change in which my appointment was for 1:45pm. I arrived about 1:00pm and my car wasn t done until 3:30pm. According to them they were very busy, but I did noticed that they were taking walk ins for service. So what s the purpose of having an appointment? I will not be going back for my next service, so I give them zero stars! Horrible service
