I bought my CR-V from this dealership almost 4 years ago.
I get all my maintenance services done here.

The staff is very informative and courteous.
Their inspection comes with a full explanation of the status of each part inspected, and any risks involved if not fixed in time.

Also, Planet Honda's tire patch work is miraculous and hasn't leaked any air once patched (4 tires so far).

Lastly, the price of parts and labor are quite reasonable.
I'm sure some private auto body shop could save you a couple bucks here and there, but the incompetent service risks outweigh the gains.

I was frustrated with my last 2 visits. My negotiations went to nowhere and each time manager had refused to give us price on lease we could settle on. All I heard was "your offer is too low" and no offers were given in return. Second time we visited, car was simply not in stock, and it wasn't because of color or options. No particular civic trim we wanted in any color was in stock. I thought this dealership was one of biggest dealerships in NJ.

Every Honda part has to be replaced by Honda which forces you to be tied to them and overpay for parts.
Came in due to a recall and decided to get an oil change. Agreed to a package deal, but they didn't do everything in it. When I called I was told to bring the car back. When I brought it in they claimed they couldn't do it. After advocating for my car they relented and replaced the part that I had already paid them to replace. It shouldn't be so difficult to get something I've already paid for. Will go to another dealer in the future.

The sales person Freddy and finance Manager Jonathan are really great expertise on customer satisfaction and needs. Freddy respectfully fought for the price that i wanted to the manager patiently and told me everything with pure truth and no hidden scams. Jonathan sold me 2 warranty on the car that saves me huge money later on the future. I got a flat tire after a week (nyc pot holes) and i got covered for the warranty. Credit goes to Jonathan. I personally thought i would not like this dealership because they re might be like everyone else but i was wrong and truly appreciate there service.

Jorge was excellent on teaching me about the. Function how to work the car I will recommend him to friends. Just great guy

I had a great experience buying a car at Planet Honda. My husband and I bought a Hyundai Sonata even though we were looking for a Honda. The salesman Mr. Danny was very helpful and nice. However I would like to warn everyone that you must test drive and check everything on a used car. We bought the Hyundai and when we did the test drive it was fine but after we bought it the next day we found some issues like the side mirror on the driver side was very shaky, I couldn't see the cars properly while driving on the highway since the mirror was vibrating so much. And there were a couple of scratches inside and out. So look into every thing and take your time and definitely point it out when talking about the price.
Also, there was a very weird amount of fees they charged which is called the "appearance package" in which they charge you almost $2000. We were able to negotiate that and knock the entire amount off of the total price because that was the stupidest type of fees I had ever seen and yes I have purchased a car before. So don't budge from your price and if you tell them you want to buy right away they will most likely work with you for a good deal!
Last, they will put "add ons" that are OPTIONAL like Nitro gas for tires, unlimited key replacement which cost like $400( I mean honestly who loses their car keys more than once or twice) on your final paper work so make sure to read carefully before signing anything!

On Saturday me and my father went to VIP Honda to check out the Civic SI. They would not let us test drive, so we drove straight down 22 to Planet Honda. We had the pleasure of getting Kevin L. as our sale rep. As soon as we walked on the lot, he greeted us and asked us what we were looking for. He brought out a Civic Si immediately for us to test drive. We liked the car and decided to purchase, and Kevin gave us all the information necessary and made the buying process easy and simple. Not only that, they gave us a great deal on the car. I highly recommend Planet Honda, and hopefully you get the chance to have Kevin as your sales rep.

The salesman was terrific, but the pricing was insulting. I still can't believe that they sell as many cars as they claim. I got much better price from both rt22 Honda and VIP Honda.

I just bought a 2018 Honda CR-V from Derek Mohammed, my sales rep at Planet Honda. I had an easy, calm and quick negotiation with Derek, and he gave me a great deal to get into the CR-V I wanted. The finance part took a little longer than normal due to the high volume of buyers at the end of the year, but you can't blame PH for that - they have great deals on the cars and SUV's that everyone wants, so of course it's busy. Once i got into finance it was just about an hour before I drove away, smiling, in my new CR-V! Thanks Planet Honda, and thanks Derek for the great experience!

It was the worst Honda dealership I've ever been to, I was going to buy a used car from 2016, they advertise a price online, but once you arrive at the dealership, they add so many fees on top of the original price. I refused to pay those stupid fees. don't do it, save your money and go somewhere else..
