Bought a certified car and was given only 1 key. The sales rep told me to come back in few days and he will have the service department cut me the second key. I went back 2 weeks later, the sales rep was off that day so service dept denied giving me the second key without the sales rep.
So I go back after couple more weeks and now the sales rep and his manager are saying do you have anything in writing that we owe you a key? So they denied giving the second key. It was a mistake that I trusted the sales rep when he told me to come back for a second key. Not trustworthy people.
