Bad people and the worst costumer service I ve ever experienced. We waited 2 hours for a burnt crust with toppings and then they mocked us over the phone. I m surprised a business would treat customers like this.

Loved this place when I was a regular customer. The 2 Fer deal was a favorite. Generally 30-45 minutes, maybe less for delivery. Hard to find a better tasting pizza for the money, or more money.

Fast service, polite and honest employee's, the menu and prices were a little confusing but employee was polite enough to explain to this senior citizen and much appreciated. Thank you.

Good Pizza but some of the onions where not cut had some the size of silver dollar or bigger and I don't like them that big

So it was past walk in hours and my friend and I arrived at the location hoping to just place a delivery order to the parking lot and we promised a tip and they still denied our service. I guess 20 yards is too inconvenient for the delivery.

I placed an order and it took 2 hours to get my delivery. When I opened my order of fries. There was 5 fries. That was what I received for an order of fries. $1.00 per fry

$5 walk-in special (10" one-topping and drink) is the way to go. Note they do not accept credit cards. Cream cheese-chicken is a popular topping choice.

It is the best pizza house in the town with great people who know how to handle customers with great care. I recommend it to people who would like to enjoy a healthy pizza.

It's hot, you can eat it, doesn't taste like garbage.

I have been around Pizza Shuttle for a long time as it has been in Lawrence for several decades now. Being a graduate of LHS there, and seeing this as a fixture in this town is pretty neat. I would give it 5 stars but sweet tea is not served, though you can request it, that is just a minor preference of choice, but as a customer would probably bring better revenue. Also, since changing the diet around, less soda more fruit drinks or Sweet Tea would make them even more as society looks for more healthier extras over high fructose drinks. But again that is a personal preference! Keep up the great work, service has always been friendly, fast and courteous. Come to Lawrence and have a great pie for the price!

Top notch 360. Online ordering simple. Gentlemen who handled phone communications for me was a pro and the the gentleman who delivered the goods was nothing short of an angel carrying two beautiful angel babies. I say angel babies because that s what these pizzas looked like beautiful. I love veggies on my pie and these came correct. Not even Karen could 1 star this place.

I really like Pizza Shuttle's pizza but the last time I ordered for delivery, the guy who came to our door wasn't wearing a mask.

Grew up on shuttle. Can't beat pepperoni, bacon, and cream cheese, but the wing- shuttle is a close second. Love the art on the ceiling.

took my girlfriend and her son -- a prospective KU student -- there today as my version of a KU recruiting trip. gf had the cheeseburger shuttle and was amazed how good it was (she'd been skeptical every time I mentioned it). I'd told her that was the only pie from PS that I ever ate in college. her son had the all meat pizza and loved it.

PS is the best pizza in LFK by far, and it's amazingly priced. perfect college student food, and definitely budget friendly for families, too. 10" start at $5 for the walk-in special, up to the mid-teens for 14". sodas (16 and 32 oz.) are priced more than competitively against their competitors at $.75 and $1.25 respectively. easy for a person to eat for under $10 and have breakfast leftovers. the three of us totaled out at just over $24 including tax for 3 10" and 3 large sodas.

delivery tip from my college experience 20 years ago: don't ask for no ice in your drink, especially if it's the large drink. their drivers really don't like soda all over their cars. (he got an extra large tip that night.)

now, if I could just convince them to meet me halfway between Lawrence and Topeka for a delivery...

They make my favorite pizza of all time! Plus they are open super late for that late night snack run! We travel from Bonner Springs just to get this pizza!!

Pizza Shuttle is the best pizza delivery in Lawrence. Awesome pizza, awesome prices. I've been eating Shuttle pizzas for 29 years, and even worked for them as a driver in my early twenties. I could eat their pizza for every meal, every day, forever. Also reheats very well for leftovers, if you have the discipline and self control to save a couple pieces instead of eating the entire pizza in one sitting. I rarely do. It's just too damn good. Order a two-fer and get one pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and other with cream cheese and bacon. It half of each and save the rest for lunch the following day. Never reheat in the microwave, only in the oven. And dip the cream cheese and bacon in ranch dressing for maximum yumminess. You're welcome.

Alright so actually y'all need to get the cream cheese pizza. Ignore all other inpulses. Please listen to me.

Best pizza ever! Plus it's super affordable and it's awesome that they're open super late, which is ideal for late study nights and munchies. Delivery usually doesn't take more than 30 minutes, even when it's busy, but occasionally it's longer.

What s the problem with answering the phone. I called rang and rang. I called back disconnected signal. The foods good but how hard is it to answer a phone? You can t sale good pizza if you don t answer the phone

When I moved to Kansas City my first year of college it took me 45 minutes of desperately searching online to find out that Pizza Shuttle wasn t a chain. Sometimes when you get certain cravings you can t shake them off. Now I m back in Lawrence and can enjoy PS whenever I want.

Ok pizza people like to hype it up because it's local even thought there are plenty of better options in town. Do not take credit, oh sure theirs an ATM around the corner that will take 3 dollars out of my bank because the own can't bare the burden of getting with the times. I could understand if this was a tiny business but they are not just some struggling mom and pop pizza shop.

I compare the pizza to pizza hut. There is better pizza out there and staff but it's still a edible pizza

Good pizza but terrible customer satisfaction. Ordered some pizzas that were made undercooked and got everybody in the house sick. Talked to management and agreed to get the full amount in credit. Days later when we go they decide to give us a 6 dollar credit on a 50 dollar order that we were promised ,and after having a discussion with the shift manager he gives me an attitude and says all he can do is add another 6 dollar credit to my order. After being a loyal customer everytime we go to Lawrence, it's time to take our business elsewhere.
