I wish Ottawa, ks can get a pizza shuttle, specially when I have a late night study session and crave pizza shuttle.

It was really good I got a cream cheese pizza with pepperoni on it. We got alot of food for a good price

The quality of the food is still really good. They take plastic, now! Which, just makes the place better.

Food was messed up my friend used my phone cause he didn't have one to call on Wrong toppings. Incorrect drinks. Asked for straws driver says their at the store help yourself.. call to get remade or a discount was told I'm s outta luck. They hung up called again and was denied service. What a way to run a company..

Best supreme pizza. Good crust& right amount of fresh ingredients.

Pizza was yummy as usual and everyone had their masks on properly. Plus, I saw them turn away 2 guys that tried to walk in w/o masks. Great job Pizza Shuttle!

Love Pizza Shuttle! Excellent pizza, kind staff and pleasant atmosphere. I just wish they would accept credit/debit card. So many instances when I want to get a pizza from there but I have no cash or checks on me so I end up somewhere else. Please get a system that takes cards! That would be so awesome.

Good late night snack and the cheesy bread is terrific.

Not as good as it used to be. Definitely has gone downhill but it's still okay. The Super Shuttle is no longer super LOL. They cut way back on the toppings but still charge the same price and actually just raised the price. Messed up your pizza? Don't bother time to get it fixed. They don't want to hear about it. Be sure to check your pizza before you leave

Refused service because I had NO MASK. I asked for one n they told me to go buy one at Dillard's.
I felt threatened n ganged up upon on by all employees at once.

It was fairly bland, the pizzas that my family and I had from here. It wasn't bad like pie five. But it wasn't great either. I'll be trying more pizzas from here in hopes that I'll find something I like.

The best and cheapeat pizza place in Lawrence. I am talking about the $5 walk-in single topping pizzas.

Ordered 2 14" pizzas but recived 2 10" pizzas. Driver didn't have change. Pizza was decent

It's not the best pizza in the world and it's not classy by any means, but it's not bad for what you get. The pizza earns maybe 3 stars at best, but the overall value makes my review a 4 star. They have a good variety of pizzas and best of all, they are CHEAP. You can fill up with whatever want and still have money in your wallet. They offer excellent specials that are quite popular with the college crowd. Bonus: They're open until 2:00am and they deliver. The bad: They accept cash only - make sure you know that going in. It's always busy so there is almost always a wait. Even when you call ahead you still seem to end up waiting when you get there.

I went inside to order one pizza and they skipped my order 4 times and I waited 35 minute as I see people that were behind me that ordered more than I did and left before I did then they said sorry for the wait and gave me an extra large drink if I wanted a extra large drink I would have ordered it I love the food but they need to have people that know what there doing.

This is the most consistent fast food restaurant in town sense the don of time.

I understand it s busy today because of the chiefs game but we waited almost an hour and a half and our pizza is smashed, cheese stuck to the top of the box so when we lifted it all the cheese came off.

Cheese sticks are the best. Will change life, 10/10. Also gotta try cream cheese pizza. Didn't see many healthy options, but wasn't really looking

We work next door to them and they wouldn t deliver because it was too close and not fair to delivery drivers after even offering to tip well.. they could have walked the food over but refused.. I thought this was America?

Decent pizza when on a budget. Lots of topping combinations to choose from or create. Good place to eat and just hang for the highschool or college crowd.

Absolutely one of the best pizza places I've had. The prices are relatively cheap compared to other pizza places. Quality is well worth the cost. Wish they had a location in Wichita but would highly recommend it to those who are in Lawrence

I got a cold pizza and the came back and replaced it and put me on a no delivery list because they messed my pizza up and now they are answering the phone and hanging up

Greatest pizza shuttle in the world. Great deal on the large pizza. You should try the cream cheese on the pizza. It is really good. If you are traveling through Lawerence, then this place is with the stop. Great price on pizza.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza and waited thirty minutes for delivery, but the employee on the phone wrote the order down wrong (which is excusable). So after calling again and informing them of the error I then was quoted an additional thirty minutes just to get the correct pizza! The employees at Pizza Shuttle shrugged it off and didn't offer any sort of offer to mediate the issue, and instead only doubled a customer's wait time and frustration.

I liked the food when I was on that side of town, but I don't order from them now.

Best pizza in Lawrence, IMO. Not greasy, lots of topping options, and peppy service (well, maybe not "peppy"--zippy? Prompt?). Pretty cheap, too, especially when you get a walk-in. Any problems were always quickly resolved. Great place, will miss it when I move on to other pastures. <3

I m not usually far from the store when I order, but they always show up within 15 minutes of ordering.

If you have been drinking, order a cream cheese pizza when you get home you will not regret it. If you have not been drinking, still order a cream cheese pizza when you get home. You will not regret it. The $5 or $10 carry out specials are the way to go. Love this place!
