Good pizza but terrible customer satisfaction. Ordered some pizzas that were made undercooked and got everybody in the house sick. Talked to management and agreed to get the full amount in credit. Days later when we go they decide to give us a 6 dollar credit on a 50 dollar order that we were promised ,and after having a discussion with the shift manager he gives me an attitude and says all he can do is add another 6 dollar credit to my order. After being a loyal customer everytime we go to Lawrence, it's time to take our business elsewhere.
