Absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza and waited thirty minutes for delivery, but the employee on the phone wrote the order down wrong (which is excusable). So after calling again and informing them of the error I then was quoted an additional thirty minutes just to get the correct pizza! The employees at Pizza Shuttle shrugged it off and didn't offer any sort of offer to mediate the issue, and instead only doubled a customer's wait time and frustration.
