pinterest dose not answer their phone, all they know how to do is steal peoples content, and put up that black wall if you don't subscribe to their site. Pinterest is a useless web obstacle.

Pinterest hosted a nice event for the tech community. Cool space - nice people. Don't bring your bike, they don't let you bring it in if you aren't an employee.

One of the coolest offices I've seen. You walk in and you instantly think Pinterest even if you ignore the signs!

We had a school field trip and tour of the Pinterest offices by a employee. Really neat to see a tech company office and how they really are run differently than normal offices- no offices (Everyone has a desk and work right beside each other), catered lunches and dinner, tons of free food drinks, etc. Really nice office building.

Have been trying for a week to contact their office, after ordering tape from them back in April 22nd. No tape and no info on how to make contact to find when my order will be shipped, very upset. Someone please contact me.

I'm very up set I've giving them all my information and I mean all my information. And when I tried to place a order it's no good. You can not contact a live person.

Set up a Pinterest account to help my mom with inspiration for a new business she started. Only pinned a few pictures, then received an email saying the account had been deactivated due to spammy activity. I knew it must be a mistake as I had only pinned a few things, so I appealed the deactivation. Then I received an email saying my appeal had been reviewed and they would not be reactivating my account. Still convinced there was a mistake, I reached out for help, only to receive an unhelpful response reiterating their refusal to reactivate or help me figure out a solution. Disappointed in Pinterest s attention to user needs and questions.

I like Pinterest but, in my opinion, the CUSTOMER SUPPORT appears to be NON-EXISTENT. I have entered multiple on-line requests for assistance for an annoying problem I am having with Pinterest and have not received any assistance. I have not even received an automated reply acknowledging my request. And there is no customer service phone number that you can call. When you call the corporate office phone number in San Francisco no one answers the phone, and you get a message that says that you can not leave a message because the mail box of that phone # is full. I hope this situation will improve soon.

One of the coolest offices in San Francisco. You can plan a visit if you know someone inside the company. It's totally worth it, you can feel the spirit of the startup everywhere.

The security staff get angry over nothing here, like they own the sidewalk: I sat for twenty seconds waiting for a uber before they came out shouting, threatening calling the cops on me. The staff ride their bikes, boosted boards and other things fast on the sidewalk, zero care given to any people walking or dogs - never mind it's not legal. I live at 673, just next door.

I do not understand why Pinterest publishes pornographic pins ...

I had a pinterest account from 2015. Unfortunately they suspended it and blocked my website. Claimed it had spam. I was only running Google adsense at the time and had no popups. I had even stopped all my amazon affiliate links around 10 months prior.

I created 100's of hand drawn infographics related to sustainability and gardening.

Not to mention the 1000's of pins that I had organised into boards for my own inspiration.

Every attempt to contact Pinterest, has only had generic automated responses.

Please reinstate my account "DESIMAco"

If I have done something specifically wrong with my account, I more than willing to rectify it.

This office is really something else. It is so visually appealing and very unique. I came as a visitor, so I have no idea what it is actually like to work there (the desk space seemed a little cramped), but besides that it is a really cool office space.

I joined Pinterest when it was invite-only back in 2010, and have been an almost-daily pinner since. A month ago, my account was suspended without warning or explanation. I've sent messages to their Help center and tweeted @Pinterest and haven't heard a thing back. Honestly, this is incredibly distressing -- I entrusted Pinterest with information that is very valuable to me and has been critical to my work as a creative director. If I were unable to regain access -- which is feeling more probable with each passing week of radio silence -- a chunk of my history and information about artists I was planning to employ would be permanently lost. At this point, I would strongly discourage anyone from trusting Pinterest with their valuable data.

I sat down with my sister in front of theses building waiting for my uber since it s raining We decided to sit down, plus We had a bag with us. And so this lady(American girl) that works for this company came to us and said that we can not sit in here without saying a reason why? She was rude by telling us that we need to move. We were just sitting down. We were not doing anything wrong. This new companies that are in San Francisco taking over everything should have respect for the people. And community.

Went with the wife to 38 Makers faire here and MAN do they know how to throw a party! There were soo many people here! The food was free and the music was tasteful. The venders had really good products and I ended up purchasing a lot of things that I wouldn't normally buy. They even had a free station to make little snowman ornaments! I am a bit jealous about Pinterest employees to be able to work at this wonderful facility. They got it going on. =)

Great to browse but their must be "logged in" to view policy is too strict.

38 Makers were at pinterest hq, Saturday November 9th, and through careful and quiet planning, I escaped to a more lifegiving/inspirational environment.

A place where creativity abounds. Idea s flow. Thinking outside the box, is a positive, black & white is the beginning of what is to come, the final product is alive filled with color and creative design!

There was printmaking. Artists. Makers. Supporters. Food. Hustle and bustle. Purchases. Life. Conversation. Curiosity. Creativity. Music. Pinterest Swag. Interest ~ and so much more. The only intention was to checkout the ideas and products of these 38 makers, while getting to see Pinterest s HQ, who knew I d be served food at the same time?! Not me. But thanks to the pincuisine_sf team, some really yummy food was available too. And I mean really yummy. In fact, the picture of red/white cups came from
pincuisine_sf s IG page, its called Kabocha soup, it was one of my fave s. Flavorful, thick, hearty and yum!

I m glad and thankful it was a really warm and pleasant day to be in SF and to have been able to support these makers, in their journey.

One never knows if that business card they picked up at a makers market will eventually become an exclusive brand at Macy s, Nordstrom, saks fifth avenue, or Bloomingdales!

Most difficult thing in the world to contact a representative in person

Disgusting customer service.
Their bot bans the accounts of bloggers who honestly conducted their activities throughout the year. And when contacting support, they refer to a spam policy (which was not violated) and do not explain anything. They simply send patterned negative answers. This is just a dictatorship and it is strange that it flourishes in the United States.

Extremely poor customer service ... NO attempt to help resolve customer service issues I do not recommend using this site
