Disgusting customer service.
Their bot bans the accounts of bloggers who honestly conducted their activities throughout the year. And when contacting support, they refer to a spam policy (which was not violated) and do not explain anything. They simply send patterned negative answers. This is just a dictatorship and it is strange that it flourishes in the United States.
