The Pink Pig is definitely a destination for good southern bbq! Whitney was a great waitress and the staff were welcoming and warm. We had a big group of people and were pretty loud. As far as the food goes, the Alice Potatoes are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! The ribs were extremely tender and the bbq sauce was what to be expected. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Not just BBQ! I love their BBQ but they actually have a lot of other great stuff like sliders, quesadillas, garlic salad, and more. Always good, whether we eat in or call it in. VERY professional service and clean place!

Very cute bbq joint with awesome food! Ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The green beans were some of the best ever. Good mac n cheese. Fried chicken livers...a mountain of yumminess. And friendly efficient staff.

Second time we've been there. 1St time seemed better. My wife got half chicken. We weren't aware that it came chopped. Usually come on the bone. Maybe that's a Georgia thing. I got mixed plate brisket and pork. Both, finely chopped. Pork ok. Brisket was more like char tips. Neither I or my son wanted to finish it. I prefer my brisket sliced, and tender, not burnt. The waitress wasn't all that friendly either. Just putting in the time. Probably won't go back, even though it is close to our cabin.

I'm always skeptical of BBQ. I come from a small town where I've cooked a whole hog with only oak and hickory for our family reunions for 17 years running. So to say I'm impressed is, well impressive!

Nothing fake about the BBQ here. Very pleased.

Randomly found this place while traveling through Ellijay. Let me say this was the best food experience I ve ever had. From the environment, the service, to the food. Literally nothing wrong. Everything we ordered was great. I had a bbq sandwich, Brunswick stew, and banana pudding. I would literally drive to Ellijay again just to eat here. Go try it!

This BBQ tastes like it was cooked in an oven. Lacked flavor and was very rough. We should have known when we couldn't smell the place walking in or driving by. There are no smokers or pitts going.

Great place for barbeque if you are in the area. The portions are big. I went with five guys after hiking, and three were so full they couldn't finish their plates. I think they got whatever the three meat plate was. The Oink Onion was very good as an appetizer to share.

The sides were great! Crinkle cut sweet potato fries were unique and delicious. Best baked beans I've had before and the potato skins were almost enough for a full meal. I'd recommend this local place

This place is great. They were out of BlackBerry cobbler and I jokingly told the waitress we would wait for the new batch to cook. I was joking. As we were checking out she presented my wife with a "to go" order of BlackBerry cobbler, fresh from the oven!! All the food here is great, but the service was beyond typical.

Fried chicken was good, tender and juicy but lacked seasoning. Most sides were kinda salty, mac & cheese was ok. Good for a quick meal and close to where we stayed, but not my favorite BBQ. Brisket was very dry but had good flavor. Sauces were good and helped.

Best BBQ in North Ga. Never any grit or gristle just delicious, juicy, tender meat. Chicken, pork and brisket, smoky perfection. Great coleslaw, nothing but cabbage and sweetness. Fantastic Brunswick stew. We make a point of stopping on our way to the Blue Ridge Mountains every time. Call ahead and pick up for a great meal after tubing or hiking.

Quaint ambiance. Phenomenal wait staff. Very courteous, attentive and helpful. The brisket plate was just so-so. Not as tender and juicy as I like. Veggies/sides: I grew up with flour-dredged fried okra; theirs is cornmeal breaded. It was good, and I understand that's the way they do it up here, but it seemed to have sat out a while, because it was just lukewarm. Same with the Mac-n-Cheese. Not creamy, just dry and rather flavorless. Everything to me was just okay. Kind of bland compared to other BBQ I've had. And don't come if you like a nice, cold beer with your BBQ, because they don't serve beer. My dining mate liked his pulled pork and baked beans, but he likewise thought the brisket was not ideal. Honestly though, the staff was what 'made' this place. Oh - but if you like a lot a garlic, ask for the garlic salad. It's divine, and you can buy a jar of it as you leave! If you like spicy, hot BBQ sauce, ask for some - they don't keep it out, but they have it, and it is DELICIOUS!!

Old established place. Always dependable and decent cost. We have frequented for over 10 years. Last two times , take out, items we ordered were left out. Prices have increased and portions dwindled. Example: 3/4 cup of Brunswick stew and two pieces Texas toast 6.00 plus tax

The only redeeming quality about The Pink Pig is their service. I felt sorry for the servers because they didnt have a product to sell. That's right, a BBQ joint without BBQ meats. They were out of pulled pork, ribs, brisket and baked beans! How does a restaurant run out of baked beans? They still had chicken or they said it was chicken, looked like oversized quail. Taste was unpleasant and greasy. Fried okra was old and inedible. But the water we had was good and they had plenty of that fortunately.

Came with a party of 20,and as far as I know there was no complaints from no one. I had the brisket, and Brunswick stew with peach cobbler and sweet tea to wash it all down. Good place to get the family together or Church . Full of antiques and items for sale, and pink pig T-shirts.
