No admission fee (unlike some other orchards in the area) and pretty cheap activities- 3 dollar corn maze, 1.75 hay ride, 40 cents per pound pumpkin patch. Only complaint was that it was a bit crowded on the weekend. Also, there are No pick your own apples- apparently it can damage the trees. It would be really fun to go with kids and our group of 20 year olds also had fun.

Visited the apple orchard from The Bahamas with my family and everyone here was amazing. Got to try the First Kiss apples, the Apple pie and the apple turnovers, also the apple donuts, and they were absolutely delicious!!!! Don't leave Minnesota without stopping here please!

Spacious so it doesn't feel crowded. Family owned and friendly. Check their website for live music and pony rides on certain days/times. We go at least twice a year for strawberries and apples/ pumpkins.

This is a fall staple for us. We normally walk the grounds a bit but usually go during the week when all of the attractions are not open (and its not as busy). After going inside we always end up with a full basket of Apples, Apple Donuts, Jams, Cider, Popovers, Apple Bars, Caramel Apples, you name it. No trip is complete without going through the Dessert line and picking up some apples with caramel and cinnamon ice cream!

We have been going to Pine Tree Apple Orchard for several years. I started out bringing my daughter when she was a young teenager, and now I go with my daughter and grandkids. A great part of our annual fall fun!!

I really enjoyed this orchard. There was a wagon ride through the orchard! It was beautiful and bigger than I thought! Inside there were lots of apple desserts and apples for sale. It was a very fun way to spend the afternoon.

If you've never stopped in just to have some apple doughnuts your life has a black hole of a void you don't know is missing. Seriously. These and the other baked goods from the store are the best treats around (and there is some tough competition in the area with other home town bakers!) If doing manual labor and picking your own fruit is something you consider fun, then this is the place to do it. Or if you're like me, you can make a B line for the store and enjoy the fruits of other peoples manual labor instead. Well worth the visit.

Great place to take the family in late summer and fall!
I remember taking a field trip here in 1976 I was in 3rd grade and remember the room sized apple sorting machine - well that machine is still running in 2019!
Great selection of take and bake pies, and other treats!

Lots of fun outdoor things to do with kids. Hay rides, corn maze, watching apple sorting (seriously), and picking up your favorite apple variety fresh from the trees. Can be a bit pricey depending on how much you want to do.

So fun

My favorite Apple Orchard by far!! They have the biggest store room and gift shop with a unique rotating apple sorter that kids and adults like to watch. The apple doughnuts and apple cider chocolate chip cookies are amazing. You can buy a smaller amount of apples from them and not get stuck with more than you can handle. It's a beautiful property with a breathtaking view of the lake during the hayride. The tractor driver reminded me of a sweet grandpa and took our picture with our camera before the ride started. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I've never been disappointed!!

Pine tree has been a family tradition for a long time. It's a fun place to go. Nothing against them at all, but this year it felt a little different with the covid junk. It was more of an in and out. Buy some donuts, fritters, and cider, and head out. Fritters are freaking awesome.

I love this place!! All the homemade desserts are amazing and the Carmel apples are out of this world. I bought a blueberry apple pie there, it was frozen and I baked it at home. It was wonderful. I am planning to return to purchase another one soon. The grounds are also beautiful. A great place for a family afternoon.

We honestly went to this orchard for a photo session in the winter, and it had beautiful views that did not disappoint! The inside of the buildings were homey and cozy and they have delicious hot cider and donuts as well! I would like to return during the fall to get the full fall/apple orchard experience! Would recommend this place!

Love everything here -- they get it right. Great baked goods, apples, strawberries, seasonal gift shop, plenty of tables in and out to sit and enjoy the beautiful site. Super, welcoming customer service, friendly and with activities fun for all ages. Wonderful, peaceful place to walk and enjoy orchard and pumpkin patch. We return several times a year.
Wish they'd figure out a way to get beverage-only orders through the cafe faster.
