Worst company I have ever dealt with, spoke to a lady today named Carmel who had the most appalling customer service, disgusting mannerisms, disgustingly rude and unprofessional, there are no other words to explain how horrific this lady was over the telephone, the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with which is surprising considering they are a business that claims to offer the best receptionist to companies. Makes sense why the staff leave ever other month, speaks volumes about the company itself. Shocking and will not return as a client or candidate.

I work for Office Concierge for 8 years now and not even thinking to change my job! I was supported from day one by: recruitment team, HR Team, Account Managers and Client Service Managers. I started off as an Elite, then secured a static position, and now I am a Reception Manager in a prestigious building. In their own ways OC guided me throughout my journey. As a result of our hard work I received two promotions in my role, and now look after a happy team of 3 :)

Good service on the phone and in person. They lack in following up with the person once registered with them. No feedback from the presumed client they wanted to put you forward to, or any other job offers they might be of interest to you.

Really Poor Professionalism, The core staff late every day for last 2 year, even the elite cover is late every day. OC believe an apology email is sufficient to make up for the lack of service. Truly disgusting.

1. I did not have manager. My manager suddenly was '' out of business'' and my '' managers'' were a lady from OC development and training who NEVER replied to my email and any enquires, for some time I thought she doesn;'t work at this company anymore and HR manager, who I bet is super busy with her own HR work and she was nice to me, but quite reserved and we didn't have that bond. So basically I never had anyone who would really support me. I was always a bit jealous when static gers were saying how their managers come to visit them, asking how they are doing and etc.
I have not been told that once you're back from your sickness say, you need to fill sickness form and send it to OC HR - I would have known that if i had a real manager.

My ''managers'' met me only 3 times during my working period, and
during this time no one ever asked me '' how are you doing, do you need anything from us?''

2.You don't get any additional training when you are an elite. And you are not involved into nothing. Some ''statics'' get training, development plan and etc. I met HR manager once and she asked me if there are any siteds where you would like to be trained, she took a not of that particular site, but I've never been sent there. Then why would you ask?

3. I did want to be static, but I had to wait until I work ans an Elite for a year in order to get static position. In the meantime I had to cover sited where static girls make muchhh more than I do.

But I was absolutely speechless, when I HAD TO TRAIN new static girl who made much more money than I did. I found it super unfair, because logically it means that i am capable to do this job, so why would I need to train someone who hasn't got proper reception experience when I've been trained at the most luxurious sites? I refused to do that and then I had some problems with my '' ghost managers''

I decided to leave because I could not take it anymore. You show your effort, doing your best, trying to go that extra mile whenever you can, ask asking for static position ( I've worked for 8 months and i've been trained in about 15 sites where they had about 10 new statics) , but they hire someone who hasn't got any reception back ground, and english that is not as good as mine.

Luckily I left this job before pandemic and got new job, new ''static'' role where people care about me.

I did not expect much to tell the truth, just human basics, treat a person like human being but not even that, they made so much promises nothing came to fruition, i had interviews schedule on my days off, first thing in morning i was not resting on my days off to go meet them, despite that I still had no offer came my way despite though i had more than necessary skill sets, mostly because i was defending my rights as worker. Carmen lied straight to my face i did not had the courage to ever call me back.
I will not say if should or should not use them, but if you do, for your sake have plan B because my guess is you will need it.

If i could give less then one star or 0.1 i seriously would. I had a friend sub contracted to establishment to work and assist OC with porter duties. I can only be honest, with the feedback he gave me after I visited this site to see him and noticed how disgruntled he was. The Concierge manager is disgusting, rude and acts fake which i've met some residents and they spoke to me about her and some members of the concierge staff and they see through her and the concierge team. The problem with this site is literally the TOP down. So the building manager has a habit of speaking french to residence and colleagues in front of other english speaking residence. She constantly tried to belittled members of staff and constantly took bribes from residents from alcohol to flowers. My friend was told by a colleague that "she never respected him as a human being" which he got annoyed and stated "because you have been in a establishment for a year and a half, you don't respect me as a human" this particular lady complained to the building manager which the building manger LITERALLY stated to my friend if he didn't apologise he will be let go. Problem is they are both French and close friends and once again he felt bullied. Parcels was constantly misplaced either by other members of staff or resident asking for it then leaving and he was always shouted out even tho he worked 10hrs a day. He was relived to leave at the end of his contract, solely because this site contained racist remarks. This site only had 4 great members of staff and the rest are the worst disrespectful people he has met ever.

The most disgusting company I ve ever worked for, if you have decency for yourself, don t bother to work here. As an elite they treat you like a slave and working for them as a static was worse. They don t value you as a person nor listen to your concerns. They only care about the building contract and will do everything to please them. This company will do things back handed if they can get away with it, not pay you for sickness or even give you holiday when you request it. A company shouldn t dictate when you take holiday. The whole companies beliefs are twisted and do not treat you with respect.

The staff are all awful at head office. There is no understanding and a place full of deceitful individuals. They will get rid of you if you have health issues and feel fully justified for what they ve done.

If you value yourself ... avoid this place at all costs!

This company is a joke!u spend your time and money to go and see them and after all they dont bother to call u or they tell u they dont have nothing suitable for you.. i actually wonder how many lucky people we have out there. they dont even deserve 1*

Very nice office with friendly staff in Marylebone, however the job that they offered me and played out for me was very different from the one that I read on the job description prior to my actual interview. The position was supposed to be customer oriented and the job description was probably 70% cleaning. Make sure to ask for the job description asap people!

My first time being with a agency ( yes, they are an agency ) and it most certainly be the last because of them.

The way how they treated me with the lies, unprofessionalism from the start and the dishonest practises they preach are dreadful.

You have a interview with their recruitment team telling them what you specialise in and what type of work you are interested in and yet they still forward you jobs that has nothing to do with your expertise nor what matches your resume.

Office Concierge portray themselves as a prestige company but the people who are working for them are the ones who are damaging the company s reputation. The directors need to know what is going on so my experience and many others don t have to go through this who actually want to work and earn a living without being neglected, lied to and most importantly avoid calls and emails.

Please if you are reading this take my word for it, you are better of looking for work on your own because you will get messed around with this company.

Covering 2 sites the clients were very professional and caring had a great relationship with every one.
OC is a very nice company they have looked after me and I was sad to leave.

Currently Elite.

I have been working alongside OC for many years before I decided to apply for an Elite role .
My decision was great with no regrets .
I have the opportunity to learn in different sites( up to 50) , all the information I retained and the knowledge I earn from the Elite role are massive and I will be able to apply it on my professional carrier with success .
As an elite you obtain plenty of different ideas which is always useful during your professional carrier to provide great ideas for improvements between site to site or even at a future job role .
Office Concierge are just like any other great company , if you do your best they will also do their best for you .
Elite role are suitable for people whom are disciplined and responsible.
I am a currently work nearly 1 year as an Elite and I am pleased to work with Office Concierge , specially with my lovely managers : Daniel & Helena
