Better than ever Perfect apples, baked goods, donuts are to die for EXCEPT who s bright idea was it to make the Rollover half the size? I have missed a year or two so i don t know when this happen-but this was a poor decision. They use to be soft and flaky, now they re tough and chewy, if it s a cost thing I ll Pay the price ! I gave mine to my neighbor. Please next year bring back the original Apple Roll overs please.

Went on a Saturday. The weather was perfect! It was really busy. If I visit again I will go on a weekday. The orchard was very beautiful! Everything is very well kept and it was a great experience. Get a Carmel apple!

Beautiful grounds! Everything is moderately priced and free parking. The corn maze is $3.50 each with children 4 and under free. The hayride is $1.75 each. And pick your own pumpkins .45 cents a pound. Premium honey crisps are still available too in the barn. It's all good!

My family. And I have been enjoying the grounds and the wonderful food for the last 20 years. If your from the area it's a right of passage. If your just traveling through the area the food alone is worth the trip.

Pics speak for themselves... Stopped by last weekend to get an overpriced pumpkin, to carve this weekend. The whole pick your own thing is a sham, and will leave you disappointed and out 12 bucks.

Whatever you do, I would avoid coming here for their expensive and moldy pumpkins.

If you want a fulled sized apple pie, these folks are the best for selling some tasty ones. The pie tastes exactly like the ones I can make, but if I drive here, I don't have to make it! I can select a fresh pie or a frozen one that I can bake at home later. The selection of apple types is really big, and they have some very good apple cinnamon donuts that also fit great in that pie hole of yours.

In the fall, has a number of activities to see and do. Hayrides through the apple orchard, pony rides for children, and at least this most recent year, a corn maze that you were challenged to find letters hidden throughout to answer a question. They also sell apples and other apple based foods like cider and donuts.

Located in white bear Minnesota on the lake of pine (as seen in the pictures ) this beautiful Orchard was a blast. Now they do not allow anyone to pick apples but we did pick our pumpkins. They are family owned and are now a family tradition. It wasn't expensive at all. It was jammed pack but we still had space to move. The staff was fun and the knowledgeable. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME BUT IT WILL NOT BE OUR LAST.

Standard fair of apple products. There is no self pick here, but you can find that out with a quick Google. There is a pumpkin patch which was alright, I guess. Hayride and corn maze didn't appear to be anything special. Might be alright if you have kids, but over all it's a mediocre experience that's waaaaay too crowded to be worth it.

Took forever to get to the parking lots. A few miles before the entrance is dead stop, like an accident during rush hour type slow and when you finally get there and enter the place you can't find anything and there's nothing to do. They had a tractor ride with a long line we ended up leaving from because the kids couldn't stand there anymore. 7 yr old boy/girl twins and 12 yr old girl were bored with nothing to do so we left. Spent more time in traffic than the actual orchard. If you go pay attention to the time and dates for events or you will end up wasting your time.

BAKERY ITEMS USED TO BE MADE FROM SCRATCH NOW IT'S INDUSTRIAL BAKERY CRAP. Pine Tree has taken a turn for the worse. As a kid I remember their made from scratch bakery items were amazing; far better than you could find anywhere else. This was because they WERE actually made from scratch, "homemade" if you will. I recently visited the orchard and bought some rollovers and apple donuts. The rollovers were about what you'd expect from any old commercial bakery except they cost 3X as much. They had an off taste and the apples were more like what you'd expect out a of a can than made from scratch. A quick look at the ingredients list and it's obvious that their claims of being homemade are a butch of crap, that is unless they live in an industrial bakery. Same deal with the donuts. Save yourself the trip, this place is super phony.

Pine Tree is a fun, family friendly farm to spend the day enjoying fall activities. Includes a bakery with tasty treats and cozy seating. Also offers tours for schools, which give an up close look at the history of Pine Tree and how apples are grown. Activities include: wagon ride through the orchard, corn maze, pumpkin patch, photo ops with adorable displays, walking paths, pony rides and special events. There is also a hayloft that includes photos and artifacts about the history of Pine Tree. Weekends can be busy so be patient; week days are calmer with low waits. The drive to Pine Tree is gorgeous with the fall leaves changing color, is between both White Bear Lake and Stillwater so great stop along the way if you are taking a vacation or day trip.

Was amazed by the different flavors of the apples. The Honey Crisp had a rich, buttery taste that I have not tasted in any other apple, you couldn't buy one like it at a regular grocery store. The store also sells gourds, honey and jam, cider, apples and bakery. Pine Tree may have higher prices on some items but the products are locally sourced and the flavors you can't find elsewhere. They also sell strawberries seasonally. There is no cost to visit Pine Tree, the activities do have a fee but is comparable to other orchards, and reasonably priced. Check website for schedule and events. Also DRESS WARM because Pine Tree is located next to a lake, and cool breezes can blow off it.

As far as accessibility, Pine Tree is not wheelchair or walker friendly. The grounds are natural dirt paths, with rocks and uneven surfaces as well as dips/pools in gravel parking lot. There is a main building offering a store and seating but it is an older building with narrow aisles, sharp turns and can get crowded. Building would be hard to access with a wheelchair, a walker would be ok. The orchard is situated on a hill facing a lake, beautiful view but again, it is not accessible for wheelchairs and tough climb with a walker. Love Pine Tree but if you rely on a wheelchair or walker, this doesn't offer alot.

Overall it was great BUT it would have been nice to know that even though open at 9am none of the tours or rides open until 11am. We brought our kids and it was difficult to entertain them until the actual orchard tours opened. We wouldn't have gone so early if we had know that only the store was open at 9am

This is my absolute favorite apple orchard, they don't go crazy with the extra attractions so it's a really calm place to take the family. My kids love the tractor ride through the orchard and also the corn maze. The food and treats are delicious and the apple cider is the best, especially when heated up with a pack of their mulling spices.

This is one of my happy places. They have the best apple cinnamon donuts I've ever had! The sales floor has a wide variety of apples, jam, and baked goods. In the summer they have strawberry picking, in the fall, you can pick your own pumpkin from their massive pumpkin patch.

At the end of the road apples, pie, and pie to eat by the slice. Rustic facilities like the old days. Family owned and operated. A lot of things for children--hayrides, photo walls and more. We go a couple times each year. Oh yes, their many varities of apples all taste great. Ruggedly accessible-- little is paved.

This place gets PACKED on a nice fall day. You'll wait in your car for 45 minutes just to park. Make sure to go when there will be less people, like mornings. Otherwise food is good, and your can buy apples and pumpkins in the store without going through their muddy patch is your don't want to.

We go here several times a season for apples, cider, and caramel apples. Their baked goods are delicious, too. It is such a nice place to go sit outside and enjoy the beautiful day while you eat. They also have activities for families and it is fun to watch the apple sorting process.accessible parking.

On Thursday morning I had the privilege to work with one of the owners Mary and her staff. We work together in there donut room and let me tell you how perfect these donuts came out. I m was also amazed how they make everything from scratch and still using family recipes. Worth the drive to get apples and baked goods. I know my family and I are going to. Here s a picture of what perfection looks like .

Great place to pick strawberries. They provide easy access to the fields and back to pay. The system is well organized and runs smoothly. The plants are healthy and the berries ripe. My favorite place to pick.

Great food, parking, and location! To get to the baked goods area was a little tight and somewhat confusing. But overall very very worth the outing! If you want some cute and affordable family fall bonding, this is it.

First of all, it's a beautiful drive. They have many different apple varieties including A and B grade honeycrisp, a pumpkin patch and picnic area. Highly recommend the apple cider and baked goods. Love their apple doughnuts. A wonderful way to welcome fall!

Took nearly an hour to get from the main road into the parking lot. There was no pick-your-own apples and the line to get into the store was 100 people deep. The only restrooms were port-a-potties, and the pumpkin picking was not in an actual pumpkin patch, it was just pumpkins dumped in a field. Would have been worth our time to drive twice as far away to skip these crowds. The only positive was the beautiful view of the lake.

I have been to this orchard a few times and it seems to be at the low points of the season. Each time i have been i was not able to walk around the orchard as it was closed off. It looked like they have a pumpkin patch and a corn maze but neither was open. The area surrounding the orchard is beautiful with the water within sight. The shop is a little expensive but they offer many different types of desserts and apple related food.

My family has been going to Pine Tree for years hands down, a fantastic orchard. The pumpkin patch and corn maze are a lot of fun, perfect for a Fall outing. The caramel apples and cider are addictively good.

Been coming here since I was a small kid. Absolutely adore this orchard. Fantastic food and attractions. I reccomend the Rollovers! If in the area during fall, you need to come here. If you have never been, go.

I haven't actually been there yet, but I can tell you the customer service person (or whoever answers their phone ) just could not be bothered.

I know I called during off season, but shouldn't mean their customer service person should be off.

I was inquiring about birthday parties and she told me to call just a couple of weeks (in August) before the party I'd be planning. If you know anything about planning a party, you usually need to nail down a date and even need to know if that date is even possible.

This woman didn't want to answer any questions and was extremely quick to get rid of me. When the average child's birthday party usually costs several hundred dollars, I can't imagine why she was so quick to dismiss me (or at the very least she could've been more helpful in directing me to someone who would want to answer my questions).

I'm sure the experience at the orchard is just fine, but this was my first and probably only experience with this orchard. First impressions are everything. There are plenty of other orchards I'm sure will want our business.
