It was an absolute pleasure working with Pinckney Chrysler and my salesman Wayne McGregor, who helped set up my lease vehicle. It was my first time leasing and didn't know what to expect, but Wayne covered all basis and it all worked out great. Plus, they just happened to have exactly the kind of car I was looking for, color and all! That was amazing! Unfortunately it was during the Covid-19 pandemic time period, and it was a little inconvenient having to do everything out of the offices. But, they had a great system set up and accommodated all of my needs. I would work with Wayne again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises. Hope he's still there when my 3 year lease is up! Can't say enough about this dealership, I just hope the great attention and service continues as I proceed on with with this new lease vehicle.
