Before you get any service here- you should think about the consequences of it- First of all, the service dept seems nice in general. However- when it comes to actually getting your car fixed permanently- forget it. This place is only interested in making money and employees wanting to hold on to their jobs for as long as they can. They only get their replaceable auto parts from a low ranked manufacturer and not American made products which is needed to make our vehicles keep running strong. I've heard some stories here in which ball bearings for wheels had to be replaced once every year and once every other year- the cost adds up! The mechanics seem to be questionable too. The one who answers phone calls seem to have honesty issues. You get told that your vehicle will be done in 2 hours but actually they mean 5 hours or you get told it will be about $300 to fix your vehicle but they actually mean $500. They offer discounts that have fine prints. $10 off your service (excludes oil changes), What's the purpose of getting coupons if you cannot use them?! To me- that's dishonest and confusing. Why would you want to waste time and money here with some workers that have double digit IQs???! I wouldn't! There's better places to have your car serviced. Hope the next viewer takes this under consideration.
