I just had my first ever dealership purchase with Pinckney and it could not have gone better. Not being a dealership s ideal customer finance wise nor was I looking to purchase the fanciest new car on the lot, I was not expecting my experience to be the best. I worked with Tyler and I can honestly say he made my purchase very low pressure, worked with me on my trade in, paperwork was a breeze, and I genuinely feel like he valued my business. Tyler worked to make the transaction about a satisfied customer and not about an easy sale for him. There was no sit at the desk while I go pretend to run some numbers by my boss, or hassle on my trade in value, nothing that resembles the dealership horror stories you hear. I love my Buick Encore and I fully intend on coming back to Pinckney when my wife is ready to upgrade her vehicle. Thanks guys!
