A classic cafe that's been open longer than I've lived. They're not the cheapest, but all the food is of good quality, the chips and lamb burgers especially. Sometimes, the service is a bit lackluster and slow, but I know people who have worked there, and it isn't easy. The seating is comfortable, if somewhat cramped and the decor is fantastic, walls covered with memories and histories of the cafe and the people who've been there. If there's one place worth going when you're in Llanberis with the family, it's Pete's Eats. Legendary place.

Beautiful, colorful place, welcoming and attentive staff. Delicious home cooking, spicy as it should be (lentil soup), traditional English pros. For a very reasonable price. Thank you for this beautiful moment. Ma.madeleine de Proust from this beginning of the year

I love this place for good value, filling food but sad that our dog not able to come in. Particularly as said on website I looked at before that all friends (including dogs) allowed. As many walkers have dogs and too cold to sit out wonder what the problem is with our small pooch. Will have to look elsewhere.

Nice atmospheric cafe with a massive range of food to suit most tastes.

Food is decent enough - but a long time coming (we waited half an hour for soup, 2X chips and a burger and the place wasn't busy at the time). Not quite as good value as it used to be either. More than a tenner for the above, portions not quite as generous as I remember and the bread roll for the soup never turned up.

Amazing food, had lunch multiple times here while on holiday!!. Place was lively, staff were lovely, affordable prices, they had good kids choices and got talking to some nice experienced walkers who gave us some tips for walking up Snowdon. Can't wait to go back, 100% recommend!

Food: Good food. All cooked as it should be and nicely presented.

Service: Great service - prompt and friendly.

Value: Amazing value. I couldn t even eat it all, and I ordered a small breakfast! You get a lot for your money.

I went here for breakfast fairly early in the morning. However, so did everyone else. I was waiting about 45 minutes for my meal and there was nowhere for many people to sit. So it's definitely popular! I won t complain about the wait time. They did tell me there would be at least a 30 minute wait before I ordered. They were constantly bringing out meals as well, so it s not due to slacking staff. They were working very hard it s just an insanely popular place it seems.

Stayed at the bunkhouse with 6 friends and had 2 meals in the cafe. They were really friendly, happy to make changes to my booking, and the food was epic. Great amenities too. Definitely recommend for walking groups.

What can I say - been going for years and it's a staple for any trip in this area. Love this place. The only thing I think would be cool - and this may have changed since my last visit - would be to allow visitors to use the over night guest showers for a small fee.

Really nice place for a drink to warm you up prior to killing yourself on the Snowdon Marathon or when you're off on your climbs around the snowdonia national parks! Friendly service, with good facilities as well! Well worth a visit.

It does the job. Hot food on a cold day while visiting the area is a must and this place is just what you need. Cafe with all the usual on the menu. Operates on a call your number system. Waits can be a bit longer during peak times but the food is decent and the coffee hot.

Great place, with huge plates and great prices. It is a familiar and friendly place, although plates can take their time arriving when it is full. Very relaxed atmosphere. A place to come back to ways!

It was actually quite good in Peats Eats, but unfortunately the beds were very noisy and squeezed all night. What I also didn't like was that if you rent a single room, you end up in a dormitory with a lot of strangers. It was good that there was WiFi there. The apartments are behind the restaurant, which also belongs to Peats Eats and is open all day.

Visited here on Monday 8th of May 2017. Went in with a large group of family, after spending a long weekend in Llanberis. Excellent service, excellent food would highly recommend! I had a bacon, sausage and tomatoe sandwich with a large cup of tea and it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Perfect!
