First time at the dealership. Was getting an oil change for a newer Chevy (not my truck, a family members). Called Peruzzi Nissan to see if they could get me in and the person I was speaking with said he would call over to Peruzzi Buick GMC to see if they had availability. They had immediate availability, I brought the truck in, the paper work was filled out quickly, the truck was serviced and available at the time expected, the price stayed as communicated, and because the truck is a business truck payment was made via a 3rd party which was handled seamlessly.
