Automobile dealers are forced to do business with CARFAX at grossly inflated prices, only to have CARFAX spend these inflated revenues on ads that disparage dealers as dishonest, when it is the automotive shopper who is being misled into believing CARFAX ads that claim its vehicle history reports contain accurate data. CarFax has limited access to insurance and accident reports and is unable to verify all information in these reports. So Basically you guys just went off the car fax and missed the accident and huge chunk taken out of the tire. So basically you never inspected the vehicle in question....... A car will not pass inspection with a chunk taken out of the sidewall and is downright dangerous.
