PERFORMANCE BMW: A crook of a dealership. They made a deal. Took my deposit. They made me cancel my competitor's deal. They made an error on their side for my trade in. They now backed out of the deal stating that I misrepresented mileage. When in my first text with their sales rep. all particulars were outlined, then again to clarify with another representative. (I have evidence of everything) They gave the BILL OF SALE knowing the mileage..etc...I give them a deposit. Now they are backing out. Saying that nothing is SIGNED. COVID-19!!!!! NO CONTACT! I am not backing down. I am going to OMVIC. BMW HEAD OFFICE and SMALL CLAIMS court if necessary. WOW! THIS IS A BMW FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP! If there is anyone or anywhere else we should post this please do so.
The purchase process was so easy and painless. I had really good car buying experience with both Joey and Matiyase. They were both very professional, honest and helpful with the entire process. Matiyase went above and beyond his duties to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.
Not impressed. Was sold the "Classic" SAL warranty. Sales sells you on it by telling you it's peace of mind no matter where you are with full coverage but it's far from it. Purchased a used vehicle here April 2018 and I haven't even owned it a full year yet and I've spent over $4000 on repairs, on major engine and AWD components that I come to find out are not covered by SAL. Never again Performance Auto. I contacted them at first sign of a problem a month after purchased, was brushed off and told to call SAL warranty. UPDATE I'm now up to $5000 on repairs and just hit 1 year of owning the vehicle.
Just like to send out a special thank you to Robert Bruno the Sales Manager for VW in St. Catherine's for reaching out to me. We finally put a deal together that both parties were happy with.
When I came to pick up my car through salesperson Josh Dawe I had told him I was not happy with the presentation of the vehicle. It had not been prepared properly. There was a missing cap from one of the wheels and also tree sap had been showing on the roof of the car.I was not a happy camper.
That is when Robert Bruno stepped up and gave me a 2018 Golf R as a loaner vehicle and assured me that my concerns would be dealt with. So about a week later Josh Dawe called and said that my car was ready. Now because I lived about 45 minutes away they said they would bring the car to me. Now that is service. The car arrived in pristine condition . They even topped it up with a full tank of gas.I was very impressed.
Robert Bruno and Josh Dawe were always quick to get back to me on any of my concerns and they made sure things were done right.They felt bad the car was not done properly the first time but they made amends and were sorry for the inconvenience. Very professional of both of them.
I am not one for writing reviews especially when it comes to dealerships but Volkswagen St. Catherine's stood out and really cared about there customers.
Thanks again and would highly recommend this dealership. Definitely a five star rating.

Was put on hold when requesting a test drive 3x, came into the store and had such a bad experience - sales folks talk down on other car brands and try to oversell themselves.

Went for an interview at Plant Ford. Lasted 4 minutes and I've never been so disappointed in how a manager conducted themselves.
I was then told by HR I wouldn't get the job as internal staff got it. That's Ok but don't waste my time then.
Then HR set up an interview at Nissan that was WORSE. I waited 2 hours ! Yes, 2 hours. The managers office was busy, people going in and out, staff were giving me nasty looks as I sat there deliberating if I leave or not. Then once I got my interview I was told I was over qualified and would not be considered for the job. Even more time wasted with this auto group.
To the CEO/President and all higher level staff - you should be embarrassed on how you conduct yourselves. Absolutely disgusting. I did email HR well over a week ago highlighting these issues in a polite manner and they never even acknowledged the issue.
I'm forced by Google to give you a star, you don't even deserve that.
Thus organization needs to work on their interview and people skills, they are seriously lacking.
If you can't provide a good onboarding process I wonder how your customers feel. I will never be one due to this.

As we walked around the car my son was contemplating purchasing, a lovely woman with a beautiful smile came out of the dealership building to ask us how she could help. We spent about 2 1/2 hours with Alex and found her to be knowledgeable, personable, kind and very excited to be able to help my son make an educated decision about buying the gently used Hyundai Veloster Turbo!
Her kindness and excitement for my son continued into the next day when she managed to get the car prepped and waiting for us to take it home less than 24 hours after first setting eyes on it!

Had an amazing experience at the Planet Ford Dealership. Special mention and thanks to sales consultant Mr. Daninger (Danny) who was my point of contact for my new purchase. He not only demonstrated the vehicle features but also got me the best numbers for the deal by getting in-sync with finance team as well as his higher-ups.
Danny goes a step ahead when it comes to customer service and customer delight. He made me meet Mr. John and Mr. James who also were helpful at the time of zeroing in the deal with amazing numbers.

I was having a problem with random error messages on my recently purchased 2016 Acura TLX so I called the dealer, Performance Acura North, Mississauga and was put through to Dax on the service desk.
Having explained the symptoms, Dax suggested it might be a battery problem and we agreed to bring the car to the shop the following day.
When I showed up at the shop, Dax could not have been more helpful and reassured me that the problem would be identified and fixed. In less than one hour after bringing the car in, the problem was determined to be a loose connection with one of the battery leads which was fixed. The error codes were cleared, the car was road tested and battery was then fully charged and after a car wash I was on my way.
This was the best experience I have had with the service department of a dealership in fifty years since I came to Canada and my sincere thanks to Dax and the team as a whole.

Service from both sales and service is unbelievablely terrible. Spoke to a sales representative by the name of Matt, set up an appointment only for him to not show up. I bought a clarity through Ajay and specifically asked for green plates. The car didn't come with the green plates as requested. Ajay assured me I could go and swap them out for green plates for free, however I had to go back to service Ontario and pay TWICE for my plates. The car also came without a trim piece around the gear shifter and I had to fight for THREE WEEKS to hear anything back about it. He assured me he sent it to me via Purolator but had no tracking number to provide. I had to come back and wait around for an hour for the rude service agents to install it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I certainly won't ever come back here.
I went to Honda knowing the type of vehicle I had in mind. Tanya had showed me a few SUV's based on what I told her I needed and why. She allowed me to make my own judgment's and decisions. I never once felt pressured into making a choice like I did when I go my car from Classic. Tanya was kind, gentle and patient with me. When asked about the pilot she went out into the far lot to get me the one used one they had so I could try it. The financing step was a lot f back and forth which I felt could have been handled in one shot. Perhaps covid posed an issue but overall my experience was fantastic with both Tanya and Tonian. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was shopping around for vehicles, so I dealt with Auto Planet Direct (used cars), Mitsubishi (Brampton) Mazda (Brampton) and Nissan (Brampton). All dealerships have a large inventory of vehicles; the websites are comprehensive providing all the information necessary. The sales teams are highly customer oriented, knowledgeable and adopt a none invasive approach.
However, during all three dealings, I got the feeling that they lack interdepartmental coordination and the process relating to customers seeking financing (especially) if they have marginal credit scores.
I tell this because of the following;
1 - At Autoplanet Direct, Nissan and Mazda the first thing day do once a customer is seeking finance is to perform a hard check on the credit score; then they share the application with the financiers. This is fine as long as one of the financiers approves the application but in case none of them approves not only your request is declined but your credit score has taken a tumbling which further hinders your ability seek finance else where at least for 45 days. They can easily avoid this situation by performing a soft check and checking with financiers if the customer could be financed.
2 - At Mazda, I got rejected for financing. I had to visit the dealership more than twice to get my deposit back since neither the salesman or the finance manager was there, which was not pleasant. Not only I was rejected for financing, here I am going back and forth to get back $300 of my own money. I understand employees can go on vacation, get sick or be out on an official visit. But shouldn't there be someone covering duties.....!
3- At Auto Planet Direct the initial email sent by Customer Service Rep, it was mentioned that he/she will be helping you secure an Auto Loan Approval and he/she look forward to helping you obtain a new vehicle regardless of your credit rating. How ever regardless after two days of visiting the dealership and submitting the application when I checked back with the customer service their feed back was to check the application status with Credit Manager .
