I couldn't be happier and I sincerely doubt you could either if you give these folks a shot for whatever service they offer. Competent, knowledgeable, professional, fast, I mean I could keep going but hopefully you get the picture.

I had two sub-woofers installed in my car today, on Christmas Eve. They did it in 6 hours and they did it so well I felt compelled to write this review. That should say enough.

Give these people some love. You won't regret it.

I had a positive experience with perfection auto. They did what they said they would do in the timeframe that they said they would take at the price they said they would charge. I appreciate the interactions I had with the staff. I am a repeat customer because I liked how they handled my purchase last time

They did a very nice job installing heated seats in my Volvo XC60. The install looks like it was done at the factory.

The service and staff was professional and courteous as always. I've had three autostarts and a stereo installed by Perfectionist and all of them have worked flawlessly. I recently had a Drone installed to avoid carrying two key fobs and we love it. I'm looking to have Perfectionist add it to my other vehicle.

I purchased my remote start back in 2007. Since then I used it in the cold weather of AK, as well as the heat of the east coast & CA. It has NEVER FAILED to work.

With a few exceptions; the remote, after 8.5 years, decided to start putting itself in to Valet mode. I have no idea how, or why, I would just hear it beep and find it in ZZZZZZZ mode.

At first I simply went back into the shop and was shown how to re-set it. This, I am embarrassed to say happened at least 5 times! Amari, every single time, was the epitome of gracious and professional customer service. She re-set my remote with a smile.

This last time I went in, she realized I was HOLDING the I & III buttons, instead of TAPPING them - DUH! I've got it now eh :)

She also, re-programmed it, to stop putting itself into VALET mode. She did so, HAPPILY with that wonderful SMILE of hers.

It's been over a week now the issue seems to be resolved. Amari tho, made sure to let me know to come back if I have any more issues.

So, not only do they stand by their product, they have the BEST Customer Service .... AND at NO CHARGE!!!

If you are considering getting a remote start ... I strongly suggest that you purchase it from Perfectionist Auto Sound. You might find one for cheaper, but you won't find better service!

Great service, courteous and very helpful! The only complaint would be when you have appointments for 9:00am you should probably open the office at 9:00 or before.

Awesome to work with. Worked with me and did some work they usually don't even do. Install was flawless. Looks OEM! Chris did an amazing job and the final price for labor was exactly as quoted with no hidden fees. In fact it was slightly better because they did a few little things on the house. With I could post pictures on here but apparently I can't. This should be your go too. Cheers.

Great interaction up front with the sales/counter crew both phone and email. Appointment was able to be set only days after my call date.

Dropoff
Perfectionist makes it very easy to leave keys+message after hours. I visited during business hours a day early and left my truck then. The shop and storefront are very clean and professional!

Install day
Front and rear dashcam (Blackvue 650) + drone autostart (Groupon) were done by early afternoon.

Pickup
The app and drone details were covered as well as security and remote/swap options. Camera mount was clean and toggle switch located just where I asked. Slack in the cable will make it easy to reposition if needed.

Loved the service and the outcome!! I'll be back again soon.

Perfectionist removed my old remote start and replaced it with a new Compustar model with the T11 remote. They took the time to listen to my needs and helped me choose a remote start that met my needs. The install was done in one day and my vehicle was ready for pick up that afternoon as promised. The inside of the vehicle was just as clean as I left it, with no trash or wire bits on the floor as experienced at other shops. When I picked it up Lance took the time to show me all the features of the new remote start and answered all my questions.

Perfectionist installed a Drone Mobile remote start in my vehicle earlier this week and I couldn't be happier with it. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and there was already a few people in line. Thankfully it moved quickly and I was out the door a few minutes later. My car was done on time and the salesperson was very helpful in getting the remote start app configured and made sure I knew how to use it. The installer even left a courtesy bottle of water for me in the car! I'll be referring friends to Perfectionist from now on.

I scheduled an auto start installation for my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado with their sales representative, Lance. The installation date was approximately three weeks away from the date of scheduling the appointment. On the day of installation I dropped my truck off after opening, 9 A.M. Lance informed me they would call once my truck's installation was complete. I returned before close, 6 P.M., and received a call that my installation was complete at 5:45 P.M. Lance assisted me during the check out process and demonstrated the use and function of the remote start and the back up remote. Upon inspecting my truck I noticed they vacuumed my floors and the remote start antenna was perfectly placed behind the rear view mirror. The name of the installation tech as indicated by the card attached to my rear view mirror was Aaron. Perfectionist Auto, Sound and Security exceeded my expectations before and after installation. I highly recommend their services for your auto start needs.

Had autostart installed in my brother's car. We booked an appointment at 9 am and they said we could pick up by 4 pm. That's a long window to do the work, or at least LOOK at the car. Got a call at 4:45 saying they needed to charge us EXTRA bc he had a manual. Why weren't we told this when we dropped off? Are they just starting now??? Three hours later we're still waiting. She called us to come pick up and we came and they aren't actually done. We're still sitting in the parking lot 30 mins later. Horrible service.

Everyone was very helpful from check in to pick up. They went over the operation of my auto start before I left and made sure I knew how to operate it. They have everything you need to dress up your ride.

When I first went in for a quote, I asked for a sound system and a budget of 1,000. I was quoted 1,400 for something that I did not ask for. When I went back the second time I had a better experience and was able to get most of what I wanted for much closer to my budget. When I picked up my car after the installation there was plastic dust all over my dash and in my seats. There were plastic bits from the holes they cut for the tweeters. I drove for a about a week and noticed a rattling sound coming from my doors. I decided to see what it was and it turned out the my doors were not fully installed. The bottem of the doors were not put together and were quite literally hanging there. A few nights ago I took out the sound system they installed only to find some rat nests and a wire next to one of the fuses that was not even fully crimped and was wrapping with electrical tape. The wire was frayed and completely destroyed. They sound system they got me is great, I love it. And the customer service was ok the second time. Everyone was nice. I just can't give a higher rating due to the poor install and clean up job. I've never heard of this happening to anyone else.

I needed a new stereo system installed with a new (used) truck I purchased, took it over to Perfectionist and it was done perfectly. I only wish that they would answer their phones, I called throughout the day and left a voicemail hoping they'd call me back, as I had questions about the status as well as other things and none of my phone calls were answered or returned. And so I finally showed up at the end of the day hoping my truck was done, turns out it had been for awhile. And while I was in there, the phone rang constantly, without anyone picking it up. As far as the guys in the back, I had no issues and would like to come back.

I just upgraded my auto start system and Perfectionist was great. I love the drone app. I was very impressed by the staff's professionalism. I will definitely be back for future auto sound & security upgrades.
