I purchased my remote start back in 2007. Since then I used it in the cold weather of AK, as well as the heat of the east coast & CA. It has NEVER FAILED to work.
With a few exceptions; the remote, after 8.5 years, decided to start putting itself in to Valet mode. I have no idea how, or why, I would just hear it beep and find it in ZZZZZZZ mode.
At first I simply went back into the shop and was shown how to re-set it. This, I am embarrassed to say happened at least 5 times! Amari, every single time, was the epitome of gracious and professional customer service. She re-set my remote with a smile.
This last time I went in, she realized I was HOLDING the I & III buttons, instead of TAPPING them - DUH! I've got it now eh :)
She also, re-programmed it, to stop putting itself into VALET mode. She did so, HAPPILY with that wonderful SMILE of hers.
It's been over a week now the issue seems to be resolved. Amari tho, made sure to let me know to come back if I have any more issues.
So, not only do they stand by their product, they have the BEST Customer Service .... AND at NO CHARGE!!!
If you are considering getting a remote start ... I strongly suggest that you purchase it from Perfectionist Auto Sound. You might find one for cheaper, but you won't find better service!
