Very nice resort by the beach with plenty of onsite entertainment. The food at the restaurants aren't bad and they run specials every night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and left a great impression. The hotel is fairly large and finding your way around can be a little confusing, but overall it is nice and feels like money well spent.

Extremely confusing layout, the resort beach is next to the ocean outlet so the water was filled with fish, oil, and debris making it extremely difficult to find a reason to swim.

Hotel stay was pleasant, beds were luxurious, and the room was uninteresting, so was the view from my parking lot window. AC was extremely effective, perfect temperature.

Price was very affordable.

We had a great time! Resort is amazing. My boys loved being able to walk to the beach, and the indoor pool was a lot of fun. They also have some really good food. It's a place you can go and not have to leave if you don't want to.

We planned to have a great overnight stay at Perdido Beach Resort. After checking in, we had a few drinks at the Splash Bar. Thereafter, we headed to the beach where you have to cross a wooden bridge. Once at the wooden bridge, there is an area where EVERYONE places their shoes. Unfortunately, after spending some time on the beach and heading back to the wooden bridge MY SHOES WERE GONE! After moments of being livid, dismayed and in shock, I went on a relentless quest of finding my shoes. I went to the front desk, explained my concern, gave security a description and waited for some kind of report. Needless to say, a subpar level of concern was taken, especially when security said, this has happened before . I was basically told, we cannot or will not help or try to reimburse your loss . I was given the run around on who to speak to, Finally, the General Manager expressed that he wasn t going to do anything about it, and if they showed up, we could pay to have them shipped back to us. Even though my shoes were only $40, they were mine, and no one cared. So beware, there are thieves at this property.

Perdido Beach Resort provided my family and I with one of the best vacation experiences we have had in a while. The resort is very well maintained, the staff is incredible, and you get a sense of "belonging" while you are there. The atmosphere is just different from most hotels and there is just so much to do and see. My family and I will definitely be back!!!

Great service and restaurants. I love that you can go from the pool and then straight to the beach. Music entertainment and food by the pool was great. The room was just lovely. The guys that handled our cars were fast and very friendly. The maids were very sweet and helped our large family get plenty of towels. Just great service all around.

Indoor/outdoor pool. Pizza place=cheap family eats (ice cream, too). Latitude 30=midrange/poolside. Voyagers has a chef, ritzier, fine dining.
Right on the beach, and a short drive from the Florobama.

We moved over to the property after a two-night stay at Turquoise Place, which was $345 compared to Perdido Beach Resort, which was $79. We felt like we were rolling the dice coming from the luxury condo property, but our concerns were completely unfounded. The difference in price made our trip more affordable and allowed us to enjoy dining out in the area more frequently. The "urban view" was pleasant and offered a sliver of a water view from the veranda. The building and room have updated finishes and there's an indoor/outdoor pool just steps from the beach. John the bartender at the poolside bar was friendly and attentive, and makes a fabulous margarita.

When I called to make arrangements with them. I told them what I wanted/expected and they delivered. I believe that we had the best room in the whole resort. I love the fact that everything is right there. We drove in instead of flying so after 12 hours we didn't want to be in the car any longer. They have everything. Your food, alchohol, and if u forgot anything from home, there is a good chance the gift shop has it.

The restaurants available had some amazing food. Not a huge pizza fan but the pizzeria is really good.

Oh and did I mention you can take your alchohol anywhere? We loved that. You can bring your own or choose from a couple of different bars on site. One of the staff told us only rule was no glass outside. So if you choose to bring your own, make sure u buy cans or aluminum bottles. Also allow coolers on the beach but not in the pool area.

Hotel was very clean (yes I inspected it),every staff member we came in contact from bell hop to bar tenders were super nice and very helpful with any questions we had.

We recommend Perdido Beach Resort to anyone looking for a place in this area. We will definitely be back many times over.

Staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are nice and clean! Besides not having a microwave in the room I really can't complain; however, even without one they have a few restaraunts located in the hotel.

The Perdido Beach Resort was great for my boyfriend and I. We stayed 2 nights. The beach is wonderful, clean white sand. Although for November and December the ocean was cold, we still ended up getting in and swimming. The bar is great the staff and help and service was very friendly. Our big complaint was that they were advertisements everywhere for the different restaurants in the resort. But none of those advertisements told where the restaurants were. I felt like we were constantly asking when something close or when it opens. Changing the signage would definitely help.

Good for the most part. Stayed here in October with my seven year old son and his Dad. The pool is pretty nice and I like that it's lit up in the evening. The live music is decent and the bar right by the pool is convenient. I don't particularly care for the beach towel vending machine because the towels are easily taken or mistaken by others and then you are stuck with a fee for any missing towels. I don't mind kids all over the place because I am a Mom, but I got very annoyed at the amount of children that went unsupervised while they hijacked the jacuzzi and kept turning off the jets as they floated around in their inflatables. That being said I suppose you will run into irresponsible parents anywhere so that isn't totally on the resort. The fridge in the room was a good size but froze everything solid that we put in there. We shopped at WalMart to try and save money by putting food in the room but it's hard to drink frozen milk and rock solid lunchmeat. That annoyed me. Maintenance was working on the building while we were there which turned off our water for a couple of hours. Annoying. Also the in house restaurant "Latitude" screwed up our dinner order and took forever to fix it. The meal was supposed to be comped but was not. The pizza place there was not so great either, nor was the salad vending machine. My advice is eat somewhere else for sure. The beach in front of the hotel is moderately crowded but you can find a more secluded one up the road at the Cotton Bayou State park. I liked that this hotel was close to just about everything you could want or need during your stay. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The view was ok as could be expected overlooking a dumpster. Pretty much everything on this strip is beautiful because hey, you are at the beach after all. Would I come here again? Honestly if I found a cheaper place perhaps, but I appreciated the fact we were not charged for parking or wifi. Breakfast would have been nice though and the fact they were constantly out of coffee in the lobby was a thumbs down. We got a decent deal for the four nights we stayed so I can't really say it was a bad experience overall. When you go just bring your own beach towels, eat outside of the hotel, and try not to let the kids annoy you. Cleanliness and comfort kept this rating from going lower than a three, since those are the two most important things besides price. Odds are you will have a good experience here if you stay.

Don't go to Lattitude 30 for their BBQ special on Fridays!
Smoked chicken was bloody and ribs were dry and tough. Cole slaw was more of a soup than a side, and their "Texas toast" was basically Holiday Inn room service toast - very disappointed tonight. Voyagers is always great and have had good luck at Lattitude 30 before, but not tonight!

The facility is clean and visually pleasing. The set up is easy to get around and great for professional events and families. We were provided with a crib for our little one upon request. There are also a few varied restaurants on site. We had a veggie pizza from the in site pizza place and it was fresh and delicious.

The resort is also walking distance from The Gulf restaurant which has a delicious local menu that changes by the day. The restaurant is built out of shipping containers with all outdoor seating right on the coast.

The resort is also with in 15 to 20 minutes of many other attractions in the area including restaurants and Tanger Outlets. There is also a Publix grocery store a couple miles up the road.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider this for a future vacation destination.

Wonderful experience here. We had our wedding at Perdido Beach Resort and they went above and beyond. They were very helpful in accommodating all of our wishes. The hotel view was great and it felt very private even though we were at a large hotel.
