Perdido Beach Resort Review

Very beautiful hotel and priced fairly. Room and bed was clean. Will definitely be back

Very small rooms, not worth the price. No ventilation (or wash rags) in the bathroom. Shower had issues and when I told the front desk she sent someone up who "fixed it". When asked what she was gonna do for me because of all of the trouble, all she did was give me a card with the gm's name on it and said he might be in tomorrow.

Very nice staff and nice rooms with a view of the beach.

My husband and I have eaten at Latitudes restaurant six or seven times during our 3-month stay in Gulf Shores. On Tuesday, February 28th, we enjoyed the best and most charming service by our server, Kate, and we recommend her highly.

Enjoyed our stay, and will be back! Had family staying at a nearby newer hotel and they came to visit us at and said ours was much nicer. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. We ate at all of the restaurants on site and everything was great. Planning on staying longer next time.

This was my first visit to Alabama and Perdido Beach Resort. I wish I could give this resort more than five stars! The reception desk staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The rooms are very clean and the resort is beautiful. The bartenders at the poolside bar are awesome- they made spending time by the pool an even better experience. The pizza is some of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend visiting Alabama and definitely staying at Perdido Beach Resort!!

Beautiful Condo on beach has spectacular beach view from balcony. It has a bar and delicious eateries inside the resort. It has a nice pool area with music. The staff is very nice and friendly. This a good summer stay or a romantic gettaway.

My family and I spent several days at Perdido Beach Resort this past July. My 2 grandchildren were treated like royalty. The staff ( all staff) made it a point to speak to them (ages 2 and 4). They received very special treatment and by the end of the trip, they thought they owned the place!!! This is rare treatment and it meant a lot to us.

Wonderful stay! They have a very helpful staff that has gone above and beyond for us several times.

Stayed here numerous times and it is always a great time.

Very kind staff. Rooms were always cleaned early and customer service was excellent. Food at Latitude was ok and rooms were nice but bathrooms small for a family with toddlers.

Good views with a great staff and nice comfortable rooms. Plus the food they have is pretty good as well.

Great place to get away!!! Great rooms especially with the view of the beach!!! Great In-house restaurants, fitness center, and pool areas!!! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful!!! I would plan your next stay at this resort!!!

While the drinks are expensive, this place is the best for relaxation and quality time. The staff is so helpful and fun. With a hot tub, fully equipped exercise room, and amazing ice cream choices for a reasonable price, where can you go wrong? You have direct access to the beach, an indoor and outdoor pool, and various bars at your disposal. This place brought me joy in such a stressful time. Michelle and Marvin helped us, even going as far as letting us utilize their charger. The best place at a great price. It gave me hope to do this more often.

All the amenities you'd expect from an upscale,not too pricey hotel. With entertainment..... Live bands.... Tiki bar and so much more. Highly recommend.

This is a first class operation all the way around! Eddie at Voyagers Restaurant put together a table of 12 for our family at the last minute on the 4th of July! He always finds a way to say yes ! Greg and John (20 and 30 years of service) are always great to see at the pool bar. People like this are why so many, including myself enjoy staying here. Thanks for all your heard work, everyone - it will continue to pay off. We can t wait to come back next year!

I attended the ALET fall symposium and found everyone to be friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and well managed. The food that was supplied during breakfast and lunch was good and above par with other conferences I have attended at other locations.

My Boyfriend and I came in for breakfast last week. I had been drinking the night before so I needed a hangover cure. Our server, Donna recommendation the Bloody Mary. It was delicious. The Bloody Mary rim was probably my favorite. But what topped it off was the bacon and bleu cheese olives. We just moved down here and maybe found our new breakfast/ brunch spot and maybe our new favorite server, Donna.

Room was very nice, staff was amazing and helpful. Live music at the pool, bartenders were amazing, pizza was great, and steps away from the beach with an amazing view!!! Highly recommend

Great hospitality and entertainment while I was there on a Friday and Saturday. Loved my stay!!!

Went for thanksgiving dinner buffet. Food tasted good but cold. Everything on the buffet was cold. Very disappointing. The pinot gregio that I was severed tasted more like a chardonnay... Very oaky. The place is beautiful. But would not go back for another thanksgiving dinner.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and have a great view. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Located right on the beach (boardwalk walk there from the pool). Lots of amenities. Expensive but high quality overall.

Great beach view! Fine dining, dining, snacks, pizza and ice cream shop. Multiple bars. Beautiful pool. We stay every year! Great for a family or couples get away!

Been here multiple times and I always enjoy thr great service and accommodations. Staff has always let us check in early. There are lots of great restaurants and a great poolside bar. I highly recommend Perdido Besch Resort for summer vacation or for a weekend getaway for a concert at the Wharf.

Constant live entertainment, lots of food choices, large clean rooms, great location!

Beautiful location on the beach. It has a nice parking lot. I didnt go in I just picked up some friends that were staying there.

This is not the place if you have a large family the full time residents are easily irritated.

Close walk to beach. Large pool. Extra towels. They even jumped our car off when battery died. Comfortable beds & pillows

Went for the Breakfast Buffet and frankly for the price there are much better choices nearby. The food was good, omelets made to order at the bar, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage and the other usual buffet items. Seemed very loud, hard to have a nice conversation with others, we had 10 in our party and they crammed us at a table for 8 so that didn't help either. Again beautiful location, nice but pricey and a little loud.

Very relaxed, clean, reasonably priced meals on-site, excellent beach and views, slightly dated which adds character, great family place, responsive and friendly staff.

Love the resort atmosphere of Perdido Beach Resort. That is something not offered at a regular hotel or condo rental. With all that Perdido Beach Resort has to offer there is really no need to leave the property if you don't want to!

Not sure why anyone would pay the rates here...way overpriced for the experience...do yourself a favor..book elsewhere.. they dont even clean your room or change towels unless you ask. Definitely better values down the beach. Youll be asking yourself why pay that much for so little in return.

What an amazing place and even better what amazing people. All staff went well beyond any expectations I could have imagined. Thee shining Star is a beautiful female waitress named Shea. I d try to describe my experience at Latituds 30 with Shea as our waitress but the only way is to experience it for yourself..

Wonderful resort with restaurants onsite. You never have to leave the resort! The beachfront is amazing!!

Ya'll messed this one up. This is our 4th time staying here and the room is no where near what we are used to from yall. We paid for a angle view and can see 99% parking lot of the place next door and 1% of the beach. Walked in and the room smelled moldy and the bathroom is so small it you sit on the toilet the door will hit your knees(did it). Very not happy and not the way we wanted to spend our anniversary/my birthday weekend. It will be a long 2 days in this room.

The resort should offer free continental breakfast considering lunch, snack, and dinner are costly.

I have been here a number of times. Most recently we stayed in the East Tower. It seems that the hotel is coming along with renovations and looks much more updated. Our room was clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, etc. The pool was clean and nice this time. The beach is a short walk away.

My boyfriend and I love this place! Abby at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get in a room! Ali at Latitude was an amazing server!! He went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our meal!! We still have another day to go I'm sure that there will be many more names to add!! Thanks for the great experience so far!!!

I was a vendor at a conference here and was highly impressed with the facilities for the event. Everything went off without a hitch. The breakfast was top notch and the reception on the deck was amazing. If you're offered an event with "heavy hors d'oeuvres" go ahead and take that option. Everything from the food to the service and live band we're perfect. It also helped that the weather couldn't have been better. I would certainly recommend Perdido Beach Resort for an event or conference.

Perdido beach resort was perfect for our family vacation! Great Location and they have everything you need right there at the resort. Definitely recommend staying on the club level, it is worth the extra money for free drinks/snacks all day long and free happy hour from 4-6pm daily with an appetizer as well! Brittany the bartender is awesome!

This place is so beautiful. The view from my room was amazing. Waking up to the beach view was so romantic.

I would have given 5 stars, however, we were woke up by neighboring room at approximately 2 am as she was escorted to her room. Upon entering her room she played very loud music. At 4 am it persisted so, I called security. Security didn t seem to think it was a big deal as they called us back saying no occupants on either side of us. In asking they check around us, they then did and music stopped about 4:30 am. Not a good night s rest!

I've only stayed one night so far, but it is a very neat and clean hotel. Very elegant.

Had a wonderful visit..courteous staff all the way across the board. In resort dining at Latitude* was top notch. Great view from our room..right next to beach.
Only downside was pool is not heated.
I still swam anyway
