Lovely establishment...it was pretty busy between 3-4 pm but there was still some seating available. The cake was wonderful and the seating area was very nice too. Lovely scenic views outside the windows. Staff could have been friendlier but overall it was a great place to spend the afternoon. Will definitely visit again!

Lovely place in the richmond park. We enjoyed last sunny weekend at Pembroke lodge. Sunday roast and scone were great. Usually, cafe room is crowded but there is also outside sittings so alternatively you can sit there enjoying beautiful scenery.

I have photographed weddings here a number of times and have found it a lovely place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Setting in Richmond Park is beautiful with panoramic views nearby. I can also vouch for the food which is very tasty. Whether planning your wedding, or just passing through for a bite to eat, Pembroke Lodge is a place that you'll not regret spending time at.

This place is amazing. It had one of the most beautiful views for a wedding venue iv seen in london. You can see green parrots snd deers. The building was big and could fit 100 people if not more.

2.20pm Friday 31st of May 2019, decided to park in Pembroke Lodge car park for some lunch.
Food preperation not great, not changing gloves after serving customers and preparing food with contaminated latex gloves.
Contacted Pembroke Lodge, member of staff was not interested in my complaint so recorded online instead.

Lovely place visit, great short walks around the gardens of the lodge itself or you can venture out into the wider Richmond park. Parking can be a nightmare though, so get there early. Food in the lodge is decent, but obviously quite curtailed due to COVID so be sure to check times if you plan to eat.

Really wanted a cream tea...scones were dry, had to queue for ages, as they only had 1 member of staff serving...If they are serving so few people, it hardly seems worth their while opening post-lockdown. Their scobe-chef is obviously self-isolating as well!

I got married here on October 14th at the Belvedere. It was a fantastic day spent at an excellent venue. Shame about the weather, but the staff and Byron (coordinator) were wonderful on the day. The food was exceptional as the guests pointed out. Kelvin at the front also very helpful as was Jean. We would recommend this to anyone considering a marriage at this special venue. Especially given the cost here compared with others.

A stunning place to sit and watch the views including Twickenham stadium or wat a lovely lunch in or outside or take a picnic. You can even have your wedding reception here. Stunning building and surroundings. There is a car park but weekends can get very busy. Definitely worth a visit.

Terrible place. No vegan meal options available and they didnt even offer me a salad or sandwich. There was a nice carrot cake and they did have oat milk and nice views at least. So weak in this age where people are waking up to the suffering and environmental damage caused by animal agriculture.

cool

Fantastic cream tea, not expensive

Parked in the free Petersham Park Car Park, walked to the Isabella Plantation and back to get an appetite, and then popped in at 3:30pm for tea. The scones were perfect (we had one cherry scone, one raisin scone, and could also have chosen a plain scone). The help-yourself cream and jam were great. The tea was tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sat outside and enjoyed the view. We'll go back.

Beautiful location with a great view over the countryside. It falls down when you want hot food. Had coffee and breakfast unfortunately the wait for the coffee was long and breakfast was cold by the time we found a table also very pricey. A few days later had sausage butty from the outside cabin at Pembroke carpark it's was delicious, hot and value for money. Not so fancy as the lodge but hot food and hot coffee make up for it. The cabin gets 5 stars

Fantastic place to just sit and unwind, and with such natural beauty

But they should do something about the pigeons in the outside terrace, they are a nuisance. It can be annoying with pigeons everywhere and on the trees.

A great lunch spot and also a lovely cream tea in the afternoon. Beautiful gardens and viewpoint from the terrace. My only feedback would be to reduce the main meal portion size (they are HUGE!) and then the price?

This place is absolutely brilliant. View from here is miraculous, looking over rest of London. There is a little telescope which can be used to look further down. It's very relaxing, tranquil, posh, clean and enlightening. Walk from this place down towards the lower lands is also very cool. Or you can choose to run back up to the Lodge and really test your cardio endurance. Either way, it's a place you must check out in Richmond Park by all means!

Attended a wedding and reception here. Absolutely wonderful!
The service was beautiful, and housed everyone perfectly. The reception area was also the perfect size for the group, plus the garden had some stunning views.
Had a bit of trouble getting there due to road closures into the park, so watch out for that.
Overall a wonderful place!

All of the above is true -- it's a great place and the staff are really nice

My only point is that it's presented as a wedding venue but for me, and my group, and everyone else who was there at the time, it's a cafe.

I'd have thought they'd be better off promoting themselves as a high class cafe (with quite good prices); the wedding crowd will come regardless but they can earn a nice few quid by flogging tea, coffee and cake. Money for old rope really.

My favourite place for tea and cake. The views are beautiful if you sit on the terrace . Even in winter I love to sit sipping tea and gaze into the rain through the big gorgeous victorian Windows.
