Smacks over priced (aren't they everywhere), but where else can you sit outside with a decent cup of tea and enjoy a magnificent view? Definitely worth a stop here if you are walking in Richmond Park on a nice day. And a good place to take shelter if you are walking and it's cold and wet.

One of the best wedding venues I ever had a chance to work. Definitely my favourite over the London! Located in Richmond Park, surrounded with deers, lots of green area and positioned in the way that you will see most amazing sunset on your big day! 100% recommend!

A nice cafe in Richmond park. There is both an indoor and outdoor seating area, with a self serve cafe. The cafe had cakes, soups, hot food, cold and hot drinks. The prices were as expected.
The view from the outside seating are is lovely and worth the trip on a nice clear day.

Any visit to Richmond Park should include Pembroke Lodge. The cafe offers a nice selection of teas, coffees and cakes, which can be enjoyed outside whilst taking in some great views of the Surrey countryside.
Pembroke Lodge also has beautiful planted gardens which provide a contrast to the rugged beauty of Richmond Park.
Parking is free, however it can get very busy at peak times.

A really beautiful setting on the top of the hill with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. A lovely restaurant serving hot and cold food with generous portions given. A fabulous place to visit.

Had our wedding here a few years ago. What a fantastic venue as we had the whole top floor. Food was astonishing and service exceptional. Have come back many times to enjoy the grounds and cafe, especially the massive scones!

Visit here every 6-8 weeks for Great morning or afternoon teas - best scones anywhere!! Very busy but service is okay so que moves along - sit outside at the back for some scenic views.
Preceed your food with a walk down to the pen ponds or around the park.

The refreshments here are very delicious, the environment is quiet and condescending, and the garden design is very pleasing to the eye. It is definitely the first choice for a wedding banquet here.

A beautiful place to go any day of the year, usually there are flowers here all year in Pembroke Lodge where there are two wedding suites, nice to walk around the gardens always plenty to see in nature. Parking is free, but at busy times you'll have to walk further.

Lovely lodge, lovely staff, lovely cafe although a bit expensive, then again, what can you expect for being the only food and drink source in Richmond Park. The cafe offers teas and coffees, cakes and sandwiches. Suitable for disabled access. The lodge also holds weddings. There s outdoor seating to the cafe where you can get a lovely view.

I used to really like it here but standards have dropped astronomically. I got food poisoning and through process of elimination with the doctors help we highly suspect it was from Pembroke Lodge. I worry if a place like this can't follow basic food hygiene procedures especially during a time like this (covid-19).
Not once did I see anyone cleaning tables after they were used. The staff were rude and incredibly slow and unable to process simple food orders. They looked like they didn't want to be there.

Fantastic venue witg amazing views and facilities, although the toilets could have been cleaner. This was very quickly rectified when it was pointed out to the staff.
All the staff were very polite and very efficient.
Certainly a great venue for a wedding and I would highly recommend it.

Get there on a Sunday morning before the carnage and listen to the birds while watching over London from the terrace. Before 10:30 it's nice and quiet and the croissants are still fresh. Speaking of which, the flat white and plain croissant were a very nice surprise. Delicious.

Pembroke Lodge Cafe use to have the best scones for miles. Went last week and today and was hugely disappointed each time. The scones are now day old, store bought and reheated on the premises. They are tiny, dry and tasteless. The most More

Me and my husband got married here two weeks ago and the staff went above and beyond to make our day. I cannot thank Byron enough for making our day so special, he really is an asset to the team, he's a lovely man and amazing at his job!

WE R DJS was hired to provide evening entertainment for a clients wedding! Absolutely stunning building and the views from the upstairs bar was breathtaking. Laura and her team was so helpful and attentive, honestly thank you! Although having to lift equipment upstairs, room was intimate and easy to fill, got a great vibe going with clients and guests dancing the night away. Would highly recommend if your looking for a wedding venue.

My daughter had her wedding here in the Bertrand Russel Suite. Everything ran smoothly but my highest recommendation would be for the catering team headed by Dan. The food was delicious and the service willing, efficient and with great attention to small details. The venue worked really well for our larger gathering in the evening and we were able to use the garden area allocated to this suite fully. A brilliant day!

This was one of our favourite places in London, and I was truly looking forward to come back here.

Well, today the place is worst than a Mc Donalds. Prices went up, scones are dry and not fresh, cream neither.

The place is very dirty and you need to clean the table yourself because food from previous customer is still there. No toilet paper and toilets were very dirty.

Member of the staff were rude and not wearing facemasks at the till even if it's mandatory by law, neither customers waiting on the cue were required to wear one.

Tea and coffee served in paper cups. We also had food poisoning.

Is a big shame because we will no recommend the place anymore. Not coming back.
