Great views good coffee and sandwiches. Haven't tried main meals but look good. Lovely gardens with paths okay for wheelchair. Not easy to get over ridges from car park but once on the flat is accessible.

Lovely venue with a wide selection of cakes and hot drinks. Great deal on the scones afternoon tea too. Only wish there were more appetising vegan options than the very bland and flat looking carrot cake. But lovely place to eat with both outside and inside tea rooms.

I absolutely adore this place, it is one if my great delights in life to pop into Richmond Park, have a stroll and spend time with friends.

I have brought so many people here, from young and old, fabulous place to have lunch, snack or a glass of wine.

I so much enjoy sitting outside to enjoy the spectacular view. Somehow l don't think l will ever tire of it, and will continue to bring people here. The delights on offer is always of a high standard, the chefs know what their doing. Staff are at hand and welcoming.

Even though it gets busy during certain times, l have always managed to get a table.

Good stop off for a snack while having a walk in the park. Can be a little expensive and at the time I went I was lucky to get a table as a group of people were leaving as I walked in. Staff can be a little slow to clear tables but was a very busy day when I was there. The scones where great and so was the hit chocolate

Beautiful settling in Richmond Park for a economic but healthy snack, coffee or lunch. Walk to Henry 8 mound for a protected view of the spire of St Paul's cathedral. Great wedding venue also.

We went on a Sunday, at lunchtime, and I have to say that it was an excellent experience. Three main courses to choose from, including a roast (turkey on this occasion) and everything was well cooked and very reasonably priced. Great views over the river and an outside area where you can enjoy coffee, cakes, etc. Can't fault the place. Would definitely recommend it and definitely go back.

We had our wedding here last weekend. It was amazingly run by Pembroke, from planning stages handled by our Wedding Administrator, Diana, to the coordination of the day by our Master of Ceremonies, Nelson, who was an absolute angel! It was a gorgeous summer day, and all the guests loved the scenery and gardens. Oh- and the food was delish!!! We planned the wedding ourselves, and can honestly say the day was stressless thanks to Pembroke. Only caveat- listen to them when they say book cabs to go home in advance. Those who relied on Uber had a rough time leaving as they kept cancelling. Generally, honestly (and I am very fussy), there were no complaints!!!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and would do it all again :) Thanks Pembroke! x

Unbeatable location in Richmond Park with great views. Some overhead flights from Heathrow did not spoil the experience. BTW the food and drink is of a good standard. Improvement suggestion: cheese scones would be a popular addition to those already available.

A lovely place to eat.

A lovely place to eat.
The food is very nice although there isn't much choice.
It is reasonably priced and I felt a bit like I stepped into the past to eat in the previous century (in the best way)

Loverly

If you want to have an unforgettable wedding, go here. . .if I could I would relive my wedding day again and again. . .the wedding team was informative and helpful, the staff were organised, helpful and professional, the banquet manager was on top of everything from beginning to end. . .we were absolutely blown away on our most special of special days. . .Pembroke Lodge stepped up and exceeded our expectations.

Perfect lunch stop when your out and about in Richmond Park. Hot and cold fare ~ they have some lovely salads ~ with garden seating overlooking the Thames Valley towards Windsor and Surrey. So green and lush. Returned, hoping to get the salmon and shrimp sandwich which wasn't available. Even with that small disappointment we thoroughly enjoyed the view and our meal.

Catering for nearly 100 guests- food was hot and everything came out at the right time and altogether! Would highly recommend as a wedding venue!

A beautiful location and great value for money in the tea room. Well worth the visit, particularly if you walk up from Richmond and back down through the meadows to the river. Make an afternoon of it

Admittedly we went on a very busy Sunday lunchtime, but to have run out of potatoes and vegetables seems incredibly incompetent and not the laughing matter the serving staff seemed to think it was.

Lacking the energy to join yet another long queue for something else (whatever there was, it was impossible to see given the mass of hungry bodies waiting an interminable length of time to be served) I settled for a mountain of red cabbage, two Yorkshire puddings and some beef. They claimed to have given me extra meat to justify still charging me full price for half a meal, which was almost cold by the time I had paid for it and started my search for a fork (another thing a staff member seemed to think was quite amusing).

It's beyond me how they cannot get the meat:veg ratio correct when they order supplies, or how the knives tray can be overflowing when there are no forks.

Alas, I could see no-one on duty with any seniority or gravitas to make my dissatisfaction known.

We won't be rushing back.

Best place to park in the whole area- toilets food plenty of parking too. If you want a spot quiet easily go by 10am especially on a weekend don't leave it to the afternoon for a late stroll - you will get the parking but the wait may be long

Restaurant absolutely recommended, more for the view than for the kitchen itself. Located in the heart of Richmond Park, with a nice sunny day it is very pleasant to sit at the tables available outside the restaurant. Average high prices counting the absence of the service (self-service "canteen" style). Good dishes although with little choice, usually 3/4 dishes to choose from in total.
