Fraud alert!
After booking a tour with them found a transaction 4 months later for air ticket in some bogus name. After investigation by credit company they pointed to Peerless Travel. Apparently they store all credit card info in one spreadsheet and just use any card they want. Peerless travel called it a mistake, while my credit card company called it a fraud. Be aware!

Sandy booked a vacation for my family and she was incredibly helpful. The prices were great, would recommend to everyone.

I booked vacations with Peerless Travel through Valentina Kaganovich for many times over the last seven years. Every time, the service was fast and courteous and the prices were great. I'm impressed by the personal service offered by Valentina and Peerless team and the efficiency and functionality offered by their website. Special thanks to Valentina Kaganovich, who is highly professional and a very nice and reliable person. By far it s the best travel agency I've dealt with. Valentina helped me book various travel products, including airfare and health insurance. This year we went for a trip to Aruba, which was an unforgettable vacation experience for us ever! Valentina and Peerless team are extremely helpful, responsive to questions, and go above and beyond to ensure that their clients get what they wanted. Valentina always offered me excellent and knowledgeable advice to ensure I got the best possible prices and value. Will definitely keep using this Peerless Travel agency! Highly recommended!

WOW , I am surprised with all the negative , I guess it depends on the person you are dealing with , Always ask for Rachel Bosian , I have worked with her for almost 30 years and have followed her where ever she went, and let me say she goes beyond protocol to help you out , she has even given me her personal phone number if I need her for anything , I guess with any business you need to really have a good repor with the individual , you cant always blame the company they cant keep track of everyone and I am sure when they know there not doing a good job they are let go , I know Rachel is great , I think she has been with them for over 20 years so make sure you ask how long they have been with the company better yet just ask for Rachel

Fraud alert indeed! This company is totally unethical and dishonest. They scam from people and play dumb. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. If you're foolish enough to still book with them after reading these reviews, make darn sure you know all the details and triple check them before you pay a cent. They are just disgusting people.

Just received my final paper work for my Trip I'm so happy I found Sam he has been working with me for a little time now because I couldn't make up my mind ;) he never once let me down. He helped me all the way to the end with a smile on his face!! Thank you Sam forever staying with Peerless Travel!

Jessica from Peerless Travel is hands down one of the best in the biz. She is fast, efficient, and super organized. She's also incredibly knowledgable.

I booked a trip to Isreal with Peerless Travel. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. After calling constantly and asking when I would receive my itinerary with no answer (and this was with 1 week to go before I was leaving) I just went down to Peerless and insisted on the information right away. (until that moment I wasn't even sure if the trip was actually booked) This is based on a trip that was arranged months in advance. Unacceptable. I asked how many people were on our tour and they lied. It was triple the amount of people that they told me, making it difficult to move around without stopping to cater to someone in the group. It was a constant battle of chasing. I would not recommend this travel agent to anyone. The actual itinerary was missing times and pick up places. A mess.

I have great experience with Mila Kryjanovskaia from Peerless travel. She is my travel agent for 12 years. I am always happy to get the best price for vacation trips as well as air tickets. I completely trust her professional skills and there was never a problem with payment (credit card or cheques). She is extremely pleasant person, ready to help any time even when you call her late.

I recently booked a family trip to turkey with sandy at peerless travel! She was so helpful, attentive, and caring!! We had a wonderful trip. Looking forward to booking more trips with sandy :)

Hi Kathy, I wanted to take a moment and thank you and Naomi for organizing our Bar Mitzvah trip to Israel this July. My whole family and I unanimously agree that it was the most incredible trip we have ever taken! Israel is something to see. I can clearly see how one falls in love with the country and the people. We were so proud of what our nation could accomplish in such a short time. We experienced so much in 10 days. The archeological dig was amazing, the kids loved the camel and donkey rides, kayaking was thrilling, the moments at the wall were so moving, Masada was breathtaking at Dawn. There is so much to remember. Every day was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. We laughed, we cried at times, it was quite emotional. Please accept my deepest thanks for helping us organize such an unforgettable trip. It will stay in all of our hearts forever. Warmest Regards.

horrible service, Ann was recommended by a friend and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE BOOKING A TRIP!! Ann was NO HELP with the ongoing pandemic. When booking our trip to the DR (originally scheduled to fly out on March 24th - the week that everyone went into lock down) we had previously paid for CANCELLATION INSURANCE, it has been over 4 months and we have still not received our refund. i have tried to contact her multiple times and she is completely unresponsive. I would have understood the delay if we did not pay for cancellation insurance but we did so the 4 month delay is absolutely unacceptable, i will probably never see that money again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Just returned from an amazing 2 week trip to Israel that was arranged by Shelley Wulfsohn. Have used Shelley on many of our travel plans & will continue to use her for all our travel needs.. She goes over & beyond when planning trips & always manages to find great deals for clients who have set budgets. Highly recommend her.

Nina Vassilieva is outstanding! I had to get a last minute trip to Israel for me and my family and she got us our tickets within an hour at a great price! She is the absolute best travel agent I ve ever experienced! I highly recommend Peerless, and Nina s services.

In November, I had to book a business trip to LA and San Francisco. I worked with Dalia Shahar. She is extremely organized and strives to find you the best deal. She has obviously been in this industry long enough to know just how to do that. On top of that, while I was away, she programmed alerts to remind me of when to check in and flight times. I travel a lot and have never received that service from any other company that I have dealt with to date. Finally, she was always accessible. Today, I learned that she is based in Israel. I had no idea because I contact her on a Canadian phone number. At midnight her time today, we hammered out the 3 destination flight schedule (with 6 travel days) that would accommodate our schedule while allowing for down time. She is amazing. Thank you Dalia for your time and kind consideration. You are incredible to work with!!

I have booked several vacations with Zelda & Peerless travel and she was always given me a 5 star service. She has guided me from choosing the best and cheap vacation spot , to getting me insurance , booking me a car , changing my reservations , anything !
I have even called her numerous times outside of her hours ( oops!!! ) and she has never been anything but super helpful to me. Having an agent by your side makes things so much easier and effortless.

Arie is hands down the worst customer service representative!!! So not helpful, doesn t listen, rude and LOVES TO INTERRUPT when you re trying to explain something.

We have been booking flights, hotels, car, rental, packages with Peerless Travel through Sandy Wolpin for several years. The service is always pleasant, complete, many times outside regular bussiness hours, very caring.
