horrible service, Ann was recommended by a friend and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE BOOKING A TRIP!! Ann was NO HELP with the ongoing pandemic. When booking our trip to the DR (originally scheduled to fly out on March 24th - the week that everyone went into lock down) we had previously paid for CANCELLATION INSURANCE, it has been over 4 months and we have still not received our refund. i have tried to contact her multiple times and she is completely unresponsive. I would have understood the delay if we did not pay for cancellation insurance but we did so the 4 month delay is absolutely unacceptable, i will probably never see that money again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
