Nice clean spacious rooms, very good staff, convenient location and great value.

Great escape if your on a tight budget. I highly recommend this place.

Upon reservation and checking in we gave very specific instructions repeatedly to the reservations staff that we would be staying until Dec. 1st, 6pm and did not wish to be disturbed by anything or anyone to allow us to be able to sleep in for as long as we needed to recover from staying up for New Years Eve until morning. We paid for the extended stay until Dec 1, until 6pm upon checking in! I told the staff at your check in counter to make sure no one knocks on our door for housekeeping or any other reason unless we ordered room services. AND THEN AT NOONTIME OF DEC. 1 WE WERE WOKEN UP BY YOUR HOTEL STAFF WITH A PHONE CALL TELLING US IT WAS TIME FOR US TO CHECK OUT!!! RUINED OUR SLEEP!!!! IT WAS DIFFICULT TO EVEN GET TO SLEEP IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE WE COULD HEAR EACH AND EVERY MOVEMENT AND CONVERSATION OF THE GUESTS OCCUPYING THE ROOM OR FACILITIES RIGHT ABOVE OUR ROOM, THE FURNITURE /CHAIR LEGS /FEET LOUDLY GRATING AND SCREECHING AGAINST THE FLOOR ABOVE US LOUDLY! THEN WHEN WE FINALLY GET TO SLEEP, WE GET RUDELY WOKEN UP BY YOUR HOTEL STAFF!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FILTHY OLD BATHROOM FALLING APART, WE DID NOT USE THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE FOR FEAR OF THE BLACK MOLDY TILES /GROUTING, BIDET SPRAY HEAD WAS DISGUSTING WITH HARDENED FILTH. DISGUSTING!!! When we called to report these conditions to your hotel staff no action was taken on the disgusting bathroom /shower stall situation! Instead of moving us to a cleaner room with better hygienic conditions, we received a formulaic standard printed out letter of apology and got reimbursed 2k for the late check out which really DID NOT MAKE THE ROOM CONDITIONS ANY BETTER. We should have been moved to proper conditions! We asked for a room air cleaner /humidifier and was given a cheap plastic fragrance dispenser filled with chemical Glade in it! We had to ask for dishwashing liquid to clean it out ourselves several times. If it were not for the fact that it was New Years eve/day and all accommodations in the region were taken, and there was bad air pollution outside from the New Years Eve fireworks (the main medical reason we check into a hotel stay at New Years Eve, to avoid exposure to the air pollution, being asthmatic, etc ) and no taxi/transport services available upon our inquiry that the hotel could provide, we would definitely have checked out IMMEDIATELY. We were so exhausted from lack of sleep by our check out time that we had zero energy to enjoy New Years Day.

Clean room. Limited bfast choices. Strategic location.

The room is clean and somewhat spacious. The food is poorly planned. We had the NYE dinner buffet and all the viands did not taste good. The food for breakfast did not taste good as well. I enjoyed the acoustic band and drinks- but no mint leaves for mojito. The waiter asked me to transfer to another table in the middle of my sad breakfast to accommodate the family of 6. Thats not OK!!! please teach your waiters etiquette. The champorado made of rice- not malagkit rice- made me cry.

Good Bed allows me to have a sound sleep and rest after a very tiring work schedule. B Hotel has that. The service is very good, most of the staff always smiles and ready to answer your needs.

Since i discovered B Hotel Ayala Alabang, it has been my home away home from for all reasons i expect and require from any hotel accommodation worldwide: warm hospitality, sincerely caring management and staff, well maintained rooms, clean linens and towels, great and convenient location both to and from airport as well as shopping malls and other conveniences. And reasonably priced with good food to boot. I stay at this hotel about 3 times a year and for the last 3 years, i never again considered the other previous hotels i used to stay at when in Manila, Philippines.

There was no drinking water provide in the room, room TV also cannot function, Wifi speed is under normal speed. The main concern for me is, i am reserve and booking for king bed but when do check in only 2 bed room available.

B Hotel's facilities were clean and well maintained, the staff were always ready to help, very courteous and looks neat and the food was just great! :)

I found a new Home to stay while in the Philippines !!!

My first stay at the B Hotel will also be my last. My confirmation email stated that for 3 rooms I was to pay P 11, 067.30 at a rate of P 3, 689.10 per room for 3 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived at the hotel, i had to get out of the car and approach the security personnel who were looking at us but were apparently too busy to ask us if we needed help, so that he could point me towards the parking. After having parked, we were held up at the reception area because apparently, our room was still "Occupied" We were expected to check in at 3pm but was held by about 15 mins because the rooms were being cleaned.
I was also told that I am now supposed to pay 13,502.11 and about P 3,000 more on top of that for the deposit.
I asked about the price discrepancy I was offered no explanation. I still did not complain.
When we went for breakfast in the morning, I saw a hotel attendant asking my brother about the ages of the kids in our party. Apparently, we had to be charged extra for the breakfast for the kids! This is after the charged me over P 2,000 more the initial quoted price! For the price I paid at this hotel I might have fared better at nearby Acacia where there is at least a pool.This hotel offers no such amenities and no other activities other than sleeping and watching TV. I could have stayed home and got that for free!
I hope this hotel would attempt to do better by their guests. But I am afraid it will not be us!

The room is big, the facilities are adequate and the staff are lovely and courteous. And the food, the food ohhh it was delectable. It was really a GREAT experience.
I hope I was not asking too much but I just missed the hair dryer.

The place is very clean, the staff were so accomodating, we really appreciate the free shuttle service.back and.forth to ATC. It would be nice if they have pancakes and omelette at the buffer breakfast. The massage service was good. Overall, I had a really great time with my kids.

Cozy, casual, with contemporary furnishings. Friendly, hospitable and empathetic staff. They were very cordial, especially when the organizers of our international conference requested that they extend our booking to another half day of January 13, 2020, because the airport terminals suspended inbound and outbound plane flights. This was so helpful to the conference participants whose flights had no confirmation of cancellation. The front desk and reservations allowed everyone to extend the booking the whole day of January 13, 2020, Monday. With this generosity, many participants no longer had to worry about additional payments because they still had to fix their suspended flights.

I was there just for the breakfast buffet, it's ok, not too many options though.

Affordable hotel in Alabang, nice rooms but no pool and breakfast disappointing

This hidden gem of a hotel has the best people who provide the best service of any hotel in Alabang. Conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The hotel restaurant offers great food if you are not in the mood for exploring. The internet is fast and the room is comfortable. I will be back!

Whenever I need a peaceful and relaxing time, B Hotel always comes first to mind. I have been staying here for the past 4 years and I always experience quality stay. Rooms are always clean, staff are very accommodating and the bed is the best! Of course, cost-wise, it's really affordable. I'll keep coming back.

If you want to get away city but don't have the mood to drive or travel. The B hotel is recommended for you. Free shuttle bus is my most favorite with my stay because I don't have to worry driving around and just chill inside with accommodating driver.

It felt like home away from home. I am living in the US for 5 years and came to visit family in the Philippines. This hotel made my visit 100% better, rooms are very spacious, and it has everything you need, and if you needed something else, they will definitely try to find a way to make it possible. Front desk was very helpful, may it be directions to places you want, or recommendations to restaurants or other places.Jason Eulin ty very much, for he have been very nice to my whole family and kids, and always asking if we ok. They were all very professional but treat us like family at the same time. The staff of the Prime Cafe were very accommodating to my kids ,always giving them high fives, and just very polite and nice to everybody. I would recommend this to any foreigners, or to fellow Filipinos.They have a free shuttle service which a very nice addition to already what they are offering. Thank you B hotel we will be back hopefully soon.

B Hotel Alabang has the best service and service staff. They are very accommodating, approachable and very respectful to guests. My mom and brother had the most enjoyable stay. Some prefer to stay in a 5 star hotel but B Hotel gives you that "5-star hotel excellent service" at an accessible price. Highly recommended and we will always choose to stay at B Hotel!

This place is absolutely outstanding. It might only be 3 star hotel, but the rooms, building, and service easily make this a 5 star. Me and my family will always stay here if we can.

I went to Wanderland last March and I needed a place to stay overnight so I booked a room at the hotel. And the hotel's location isn't that far from the concert venue just one jeepney ride away. The hotel is nestled in Madrigal Business Park, quite a quiet area, which I actually like. I did appreciate the privacy and cleanliness of their rooms. I enjoyed my time at the Prime Cafe and the breakfast buffet was nice. Check-in and checkout a breeze. The staff were also nice. I'd be happy to book again another room if ever I happen to be in Alabang this year's Wanderland, maybe?

It was very clean and there was no service available. Also, if the hotel is free in Aravan, it will be taken to the destination by shuttle, so you can go to the destination safely. People who are not good at English can be confidently recommended because they will be informed if they speak hard.

The hotel is so clean and fragrant. Beddings and mattress are super comfy. Bathroom is odorless unlike other hotel bathrooms. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Problem-free check-in. They give free welcome drinks.

This hotel has an awesome staff and a classic interior and exterior. The sweet fragrance by the elevator is unforgettable, I love it! This is one the most accessible and best hotels in Alabang.

The attached breakfast is very rich and delicious, with lots of options.

Another Nice stay at a great hotel. Love the area too. Very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was decent for the price. Reliable shuttle service to local area malls was nice. As a smoker, I was a bit disappointed that they no longer offered smoking rooms, but they do have a designated smoking area. Service throughout the hotel was friendly and efficient.

As always, our stay was made pleasant by the excellent hospitality and great service of the staff. Our room is well-prepared too. Looking forward to another stay next time. Thank you.

Toilet sink has mold all over place. The ac grills has rust and dust. Front staff are nice and friendly. Location is great. The needs a lot of TLC.

I came here from the US and stayed at many hotels in the states , this was the best one ever . The service was absolutely fantastic . They staff was always polite and friendly . The room was lovely , shuttle services always on time , great accommodations . House keeping always on point , every day they made the room absolutely immaculate (sometimes in morning I was rushed and didn t get to tidy up , but they always did a A+ job neatening up my room ) . The front desk was always swift and efficient with their work . The doorman/security always on their game . This hotel has a staff that truly cares for its guests . Highly recommended !

It's a quite clean hotel, but don't stay in room 301, it's noisy

Was only here for the cafe - friendly service by staff. Good hang out as well for coffee, sandwiches and cheesecake. Parking is available at the back.

I stayed at the B Hotel for 7 nights, firstly its a beautiful modern hotel with helpful efficient staff, the free buffet breakfast was one of the best i have had in my 5 trips to the Philippines, the room was comfy, clean, well furnished and everything worked, the bed was very comfortable.

Overall its hard to find fault considering the low price..free shuttle to the malls was handy... here is a tip for the budget concious...take the free shuttle to Alabang Town Centre mall and go shopping
