I booked a trip to Isreal with Peerless Travel. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. After calling constantly and asking when I would receive my itinerary with no answer (and this was with 1 week to go before I was leaving) I just went down to Peerless and insisted on the information right away. (until that moment I wasn't even sure if the trip was actually booked) This is based on a trip that was arranged months in advance. Unacceptable. I asked how many people were on our tour and they lied. It was triple the amount of people that they told me, making it difficult to move around without stopping to cater to someone in the group. It was a constant battle of chasing. I would not recommend this travel agent to anyone. The actual itinerary was missing times and pick up places. A mess.
