WOW , I am surprised with all the negative , I guess it depends on the person you are dealing with , Always ask for Rachel Bosian , I have worked with her for almost 30 years and have followed her where ever she went, and let me say she goes beyond protocol to help you out , she has even given me her personal phone number if I need her for anything , I guess with any business you need to really have a good repor with the individual , you cant always blame the company they cant keep track of everyone and I am sure when they know there not doing a good job they are let go , I know Rachel is great , I think she has been with them for over 20 years so make sure you ask how long they have been with the company better yet just ask for Rachel
