In November, I had to book a business trip to LA and San Francisco. I worked with Dalia Shahar. She is extremely organized and strives to find you the best deal. She has obviously been in this industry long enough to know just how to do that. On top of that, while I was away, she programmed alerts to remind me of when to check in and flight times. I travel a lot and have never received that service from any other company that I have dealt with to date. Finally, she was always accessible. Today, I learned that she is based in Israel. I had no idea because I contact her on a Canadian phone number. At midnight her time today, we hammered out the 3 destination flight schedule (with 6 travel days) that would accommodate our schedule while allowing for down time. She is amazing.
