Do not waste your time or money with this company. We bought a Peerless all weather tv with a two year warranty that they will not honor after less than six months! The WORST customer support!!!
E-Verification and Trumps refusal to back down off the 'WALL' has kept this outfit from expanding. They only want to pay welders a meager $15 an hr. and were expecting a flux of illegal immigration to keep them competitive w Taiwan.

I am in the process of a horrible experience with their parts department. I recived a detailed quote with the parts needed, one small error in it which is no big deal. I send a response to resolve it and they redo the whole quote into two packages, seemed fishy but I went with their expertise. I recived the product and there is a part missing, I call them up and they tell me there is nothing they can do that part is no longer in production. Why would they sell me useless parts then if the main part is no longer in production, inward very clear i needed all of them and they made me feel like they were just making a sell. Now I'm in the return process and they want me to pay for shipping on these two packages I recived under all these false pretenses shelling out more money for products that were mis-sold to me. I hope no one else has to experience what i have gone through with this company.
After a several TV's and 4 years this company will not receive my business or and business from my acquaintances in the AV industry. I've been burned enough by your company and jumped through one to many hoops. Congratulations on such poor customer service!
Great company and business entirely. One of the oldest mount companies around and easily the best.
Unless you are Disney buying a hundred kiosks don't bother them. I have taken 4 projects of one type or another and it always is a no from a simple camera mic installation ( only 10 or more) to if I can put an ELO screen in the pedestal (No it is too heavy can't be more than 75 pound) They weigh 74 and admitted they would work after proving it to them. They may be built in middle of America but you can't buy them, I can't support an American company that doesn't support other American companies.
I recommend Image First in Grinnell Iowa they have build better kiosks for me that were full custom designed and painted for the same money and they want your business.
