They need to have public restrooms cause while shopping had to and we had to go next door to pizza parlor to use the .

This place is a joke! Samsung pay works ANYWHERE you can swipe a credit card. Apparently not this place. The cashier argued that they aren't set up for it. I explained that no business needs set up for samsung pay as I've used it since 2014. She then stated that the owner says they wont get their money from samsung (lie number 2). samsung pay doesn't work that way. I wouldn't recommend this place even if you had a gift certificate for there. They are rude and very argumentative. Not worth their ignorance.

I would give this place minus stars if there was an option. The owner is soo rude. We bought sweatshirts from kohl s to have screen printed and he messed up on the wrong decal both front and back and still charged us after fighting with him. He should have given us our complete order free. We would have bought the sweatshirts from him but he did not carry the sizes we needed. Needless to say we spent a fortune to not have what we wanted. He was rude, mean and there was no way of working with him. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. Please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HIM. Even his workers were afraid of him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced worst customer service in my entire life. I was spending money in this store and the refused to break a $20! I paid for my henna and then asked (while I was playing) if I could get small bums for a tip and the blond short hair lady refused.
Dee dee did my henna and she did AMAZING!! I highly recommend her. She was trying her hardest.

My family of 9 walked into their ice shop and the lady came through the connecting door and started yelling At me. I never raised my voice in the store at her. She said I m sorry you don t know how a store works I responded by saying I m sorry you don t know how customer service work . I decided my family of 9 would not be buying ice cream there so another dark hair lady start running out of the store towards me and screaming. I never raised my voice because my nephews were there. I told her we were walking away and she needed to go back to her store it leave us alone. They could have made a lot of money off my family. We took our business to the ice cream shop next door. They were incredibly sweet.

DON T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

This store is run by "The COVID Mask Police". Walking around the store rudely telling people how to properly wear their masks (tighter, over their nose, etc.). When I got my instructions, I just left. We frequent this area for dining and shopping, but I will not return to this store. Associates are rude.

What a terrible place. Waited for over 30 minutes for my 5-year-old to get a hair wrap after watching four preteens get hair wraps and henna tattoos only to be told at 9:50 pm that they didn't have time because they closed at 10 and it would take 20 minutes. They claim they didn't see us standing there but that is most definitely not true. My daughter went away crying and I explained to them that it would have been nice to know before I stood there for so long. We will go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money with those idiots.

RUDE WORKERS, asked for change for a $20 for their henna artist outside, they very rudely told us they couldn t open the drawer and the person who must ve been the owner or at least acted like she was, was very nasty about how she was not going to give up $10 bills. I wish I could refund my henna, not because of the artist who was very pleasant and had a nice experience with, but because of the nasty attitude my family was given inside the store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
