he front desk staff all were professional and pleasant. Dining room for breakfast was nice and pleasant. We do not know when will be our next visit to PC but sure we shall return to this lovely place. Already recommended your hotel to a few of our friends. Miss Abeera is a great host and doing a marvelous job.

My stay at Peshawar was an absolute delight due to the excellent facilities, the extremely humble staff, the very prompt and meticulous service by the house keeping (Mr Ghani included), concierge, room service, pc rental car, the musicians, the security the door men, etc, mr zakaraia, mr nadir, mr irfanullah, , mr fida, Ms Muskan, mr salman, mr noorulamin, mr murad, ms sana, mr yousuf were all so humble and excellent

Nice, professional hotel. Our suite was newly renovated. Excellent breakfast! However, we didn't like the food in the Bukhara restaurant, way too dry. Next time, I would try Marco Polo instead.

Good place to stay rooms are amazing , Clean and Comfortable but I think It is the PC with most least entertainment places like No lobby with Songs, No In house Cinema etc.

It's the only PC hotel in Pearl Continental Chain which does not meet the standards of PC hotel. Rooms are very old and too small even for the single person. Attached bathroom to the room are even more smaller than the required space. So overall it just carries the PC name otherwise nothing like a PC hotel.

Well mannered staff

The walls are probably too thin. We could hear the surrounding noises constantly. Given the city, it's probably the best choice one could make.

While PC Peshawar is a fast decaying commodity which coud be ascertained by its yellow linen and shaky bath rooms, there are still few things which keep this hotel superior from others. The most prominent is its loyal staff. I would especially like to mention Mr Anwar at front desk, Mr zafar in the breakfast dining area and at Bukhara roof top, Mr Waheed at third floor and most important Miss Mahima in Happy to help telephone service. She is an out standing worker and a person who seems to really enjoy her job. She is one of the most important assets of the hotel who really makes the guests feel at home. She is quick in her response, resourceful in actions and most polite in her dealing. The Hotel must make a deliberate effort to own these assests.

Cleaning staff was really supportive and kept rooms and surroundings clean upto the standard. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stay at second floor room no 221, 217, 219 towards from british council...mr fazle zaman, Gul arab and Rafiullah gave us a good service. The room service was appreciated..

Had buffet at Top, except for Dum Pukht everything was just normal

Great experience as always at Taipan,waiters make up such a large part of the experience making you feel welcome and apart of their restaurant.Ever since the transfer of the new chef the place really has had a great and positive turnover,talking to him and seeing him interacting helps show his passion and I think it's very important.We ordered 2 main dishes a base and soup.Szechuan red soup,Kung pao beef, chicken Manchurian and egg fried rice.All in all great tasting food and it was enough to feed 5 with a per head cost of around 800
