Pc hotel service is excellent.

Went for Dinner Buffet with family. Food was really good. The service was pretty bad. They ran out of plates for buffet. If you requested anything from staff, stay rest assured it would be delayed for at least 15-20minutes. Food was good specially the Dam pukht but overpriced. Probably won t go there again as other good options are available.

i booked into Pearl Continental hotel Peshawar two days ago. Getting in and getting out of the hotel was tiresome due to barricades and security checks. Room was fine and food good.

There is need of more effective coordination among your team i.e. sales and front desk/reception, as I faced some issues from time to time for example there is mutual agreed upon the complementary of daily two pieces of clothes for pressing, but at actual it is not updated at reception and other relevant section and charged in the bill.
Improvement in tea quality is required.
Otherwise, your services and the behavior of staff is remarkable.

Even though I checked in around 5 pm, luggage reached after 10 minutes in my room. Room was clean but I had to ask for the tissue paper box and complimentary fruit basket which was missing altogether.
As I had given my feedback last time as well, sanitary fittings are still not up to the mark. The Muslim shower was leaking.
However, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Front desk and marketing office listened to my requests and responded quickly and efficiently.
Lastly, our room charges were too high because of Dollar exchange rate which shouldn't be the case as Dollar rates are changing on daily basis!

Looby staff was found so good which includes all the receptions staff, but all above medam Rebeca give us such nice and tremendous service. Which I have no words to say to thanks to her. Overall excellent checking checkout and great variety of Foods.

The services you provide to the guest is satisfactory but it doesn't give them the value for their money. Your rates are higher than the standard you have maintained.

Nice hotel it was, but many issues arising. Management allows many events at the same time, but cannot manage Parking. Very limited parking is a big issue. Masjid should have been constructed like rest of the hotel; it is the most ignored area of the hotel. Yesterday, I 'attended' a washroom. Ot was not clean.

Pearl Continental Hotel is 5 star Hotel and restaurant in Peshawar, Pakistan. The project was initiated by the elite class to offer the best services for the diplomats and other high class officers in Peshawar. It holds a golf course and other activities courts as well. Rates are very high including the food rates and room charges.

Good for your stay and food, peaceful environment, staff and facilities. The only worst thing was, their masjid condition was so poor, looked liked a temporary place. They should at least make it the way they build all other things.

Check in and check out was quick. Reception staff is very helpful. Maleeha in guest relations is a very friendly and courtesous persson.

You will feel it like home. Specially call operator Shazia, Floor boy Iftikhar, floor supervisor Waheed and receptionist Anwaar and Miss rebecca! I would suggest when you plan to visit peshawer, do stay at PC.
