Services was owsome specially front desk team housekeeping & other staff was very cooperative. Behaviour & attichude was owsome. ovet all Warda team very much satisfied from Pc bhurban end.

Noticed that the hotel rooms have been renovated, bathrooms and rooms are super clean and well maintained. Service has been excellent that includes housekeeping services, Staffhas been phenomenal throughout my stay and special thanks to Mr. asghar and Mr. Abdul Rahman. Thank you

Sub par hotel with pushy staff and some ridiculous policies. Food is so so, but priced as if you re fine dining in a top end Lahore restaurant. This region has stunning views and people visiting deserve much better.

I stayed with my wife for 2 days. The view is beautiful from breakfast/dinning hall. Guys get ready to pay extra even when you have dinning/breakfast included in your stay.
I have been you many different countries and stayed at different hotels. By far this was the worst experience. I had dinner included in my stay, but was I was advised any soft drinks you have will be extra charge, guess what Water was extra charged as well. When you stay here please check the bill properly they might charge extra for anything. I would not recommend this place and won t come back.

Food was not good...the main course of buffet was just ok...but the enviorment nd musical night it was realy awsm...

Poor food test whol items bad only local minral water Also available and highest Rates just two bottles of 500ml 348 rupees

In one word, I would say it "simply pathetic". Staff is not professionally trained all (including both the restaurant and housekeeping). Rooms need long awaited renovation. I was astonished to see that even the crockery (including spoons) was not washed properly. I stayed there for 5 days and just came back yesterday and unfortunately every time I ate in Nadia restaurant, I had to ask the waiters to change the spoons as they always provided dirty spoons. Both room and restaurant rates are too high compared to the services received. They are just cashing their name and sole presence in that area. This is a hospitality industry and therefore, hospitality should come first. Was very much disappointed this time.

The Rooms are really nice. Everything else is talking to the skies in terms of pricing.

Arsalan majeed who works in pc burban. Hes the best person ever. I hv been so many hotels but arsalan majeed is very coprative and professional person in your department.

It was a pleasure staying at PC hotel bhurban services are super good specially the staff is so friendly & i want to add some comments for mr taqi one of the most cooperative person we found at check in counter , Room with the best view was been provided.

The host Asma Gul was extremely friendly and friendly. The musician Dilawar did a tremendous job.

Our experience to stay at pc bhurban was less than satisfactory, this is so,
- toilet shower facilities was blocked and even on request was still blocked and I had to take bath at gym facility.
- even at gym, services were not functioning as expected e.g. air conditioning was not turned, air ventilation was not working, no glasses for drinking water.
- staff had very unwelcoming attitude to an extent to be rude and unhelpful. Counting money at gym facilities rather than to attend to staff.
- The same pc, we stayed approx 14 years ago was totally opposite and was a good experience by then.
- on positive side, Food was Ok and well served.

200 Rs Tax outside PC by govt just for nothing. And than 500 Rs. Entry fee by PC which is adjustable

Spotless Clean...cozy warm in snowy winters excellent service....food of nadia resturant 4 stars...all staff is cooperative and well behaved...thumbs up

Wonderful place in the hills away from the rush of Murree and Nathiagali.

Stopped on the way back to Islamabad very nice scenery and terrace restaurant was fantastic tried there fetuccino pasta and beef steak was yummy thanks PC BHURBAN

PC Bhurban is definitely overrated. Went to the terrace cafe and it was ridiculously bad. The place smelt like raw eggs. The food was bad but the ambiance was worst. Overall not a good experience at all
