Place is absolutely awesome. Hotel service are not upto mark. I think competes three star hotel. They are not facing competition at this place that's why not bothered standard of facilities. Definitly not worth of money you paid.

Really liked the food at Terrace Cafes, the views are beautiful. I feel the quantity is really less as compared. The quality is good!

Stay was very comfortable at PC Bhurban specialty staff were very coorative reception and room service housekeeping as well.

The place is very mismanaged. And the menu is very limited. Other then that it was fine.

Overall very good experience except food quality at restaurant was not up to the mark especially Chinese food at Taipan was completely desi food instead of Authentic Chinese.Room rates should be brought a bit on the lower side to make it more affordable as i visit these areas almost 5-6 times average on monthly basis so u ppl need to bring it down.
The most annoying thing was the music which started at 11.00 and kept almost half the hotel awake till 1.00 need to look into it.

The food experience was pretty good and the ambiance was soothing And calm. There was serenity in the air and it s a must visit for anyone visiting Murree and is pretty nearby if you got time on your hands.A truly worth visiting stop to newly weds

5 star hospitality. Wonderful hotel experience. Food is awesome. Specially Nadia Restaurant, with mountain views. Spend wonderful time there. Recommended for family outing on holidays and weekend. A bit expensive.

Food and beverage dept. Ayaz waiter was very helpful and gave us a great service. The choice of breakfast was amazing and the quality was on point. Ayaz kept our tea topped up and made sure our experience at Nadia was a pleasant one. Would highlg recommend Nadia and all its staff members.

Hospitable and a very welcoming staff. Variety amongst the dishes being offered catering to all kinds of people in the buffet in the Nadia Restaurant and the taste being maintained throughout the entire course of dishes.

If not recommended by a doctor no need to visit this pace. One is charged Rs 1000/ per person as God know what kind of tax just for entry in PC. Albeit this amount is adjusted against what one eats but one has to eat per force to recover More

A little overpriced because of the locations and view of hills but overall a very good hotel/recreation spot. Although there is not much to do around sadly.

i visited Pearl continental in 1992 and visiting it again i had a faboulus experience with staff at reception room was excellently made up, soothing environment,Loved my stay..

Not advised to visit in peak season or rush days.... everything seems in hurry... so is staff... food quality also not v good...

Average ....you get charged even if u ask for extra mineral water in the room....only 1 litre for 1 day is complimentary
