Worst ever seevices and when it comes to pricing its nothing more than waste of money.

Road towards bhurban is worst ever road in the area

This may have been a grand hotel once. It isn't now. It's still popular with local families. Room standards, amenities and cleanliness are mediocre at best. Staff are polite and courteous. Food quality is ... adequate.

It was a good experience to stay their. Room was quite comfortable and food was delicious. Moreover view was scenic and beautiful.

Service Standards were very very poor. Dinner served at Jungle Huts on 15.04.2019 was below average

Stay was good .. good view excellent room..smooth checkin and checkout . Room cleaning was so good.. staff is courteous specifically I want to mention the name of ms moqudas and mr sheryar and arslan they are very cooperative..

Excellent place and awesome services. Restaurant is amazing. You will always miss PC Bhurban complimentary Breakfast. We fully recommend this place if you want to stay in Murree.

Place was good for outing. But their food taste was very low. There are no variety of delicious foods.

Had lunch at their 'Terrace Cafe'. One hour wait for the table & another 1 hr wait for food after order. Steak was horrendous so was the service. Table top was all scratched & filthy. Terrible service.

Rooms are well decorated & clean with an amazing view. However, the room charges per night are slightly over the edge.

Now they charged every complimentary facility specifically indoor games which are previously not charged

I stay in pc bhurban .my stay duration of pc is very well.my expirience of stay in the pc bhurban to much amazing, awesome and so much memorable.housekeeping department service is so quickly.room was awesome cleaned and we'll managed.towels and Linen placed new .no dusting found in the room.washroom is also well cleaned.i appriciate to House keeping department for well manage the rrooms.its so hard work but housekeeping department wel done the job.

The location and hotel layout is excellent but the food is quite ordinary

A bit expensive but worth it beautiful natural views. The staff was nice especially Mam Ayesha.

pc bhurban is one of the best place in murree. staff here is very friendly and kind especially in nadia restaurant fayaz, umer & asma are very corprative great dining experience

Had a lovely time at PC Bhurban. Lovely newly renovated executive rooms, courteous & quick staff service. Good quality room service items. However the buffet breakfast & dinner requires some western items. I would like to compliment Taqi from reception desk, Nosheen from guest relations & Duty Manager Rehmat who took amazing care of us during our stay.

Don't bother. Staff are extremely rude and the stay itself was mediocre.

State of the art Hotel but its slightly overpriced for some things. Table tennis,chess etc are supposed to be free to play but now are charged for. Tennis and cricket in the tennis lawn is fun but again overpriced

Excellent trip in all respects , only thing missing was snow the sunrise was breathtaking

Pricey, but they have a good selection of restaurants. Better of having some hi-tea or buffet, to get the most bang for your buck.

Everything was perfect besides the work going on in hotel which was bit noisy and the front office staff is very co operative and soft spoken which is highly appreciated. Thanx for the nice time.

Me and my family went to Tai Pan to eat Chinese food. And it was pathetic, both their service and food. We ordered a shrimp soup and it had literally 3 shrimps in it. Upon calling the manager, they took i and brought it back with 2 mashed shrimps sprinkled on top. The standard isn t 5 star, rather it doesn t even deserve to have the PC tag, unfortunately people are fooled. After complaining again, the rest of the food which included egg fried rice, chicken manchurian and another chicken was not so 5 star at all. The rice were cold. The chicken not so fresh aswell. This is the place that the receptionist told to complain about. All in all, don t waste your hard-earned money, don t rely on the Brand, the food wasn t even 1 star.

My experience in pc hotel bhurban was fantastic. A serene environment with nice attendants. Mr umair and miss Aisha were very wonderful. Will like to visit again and again

Pricey but you get what you paid for. However the food is really hit or miss. Mostly miss.

Better place in a good environment. But has not improved in 30 years since it was built.

It was an amazing experience being here. Had dinner at Terrace Cafe and the guy serving me was Rehmat zar. He was very professional and humble and make sure I had no trouble. A 5 star rating for this guy.

I am staying in room 403, 405 and 421 with my family. Staff welcome me very warmly. All staff are very hospitable and supportive. I am regular visitor.
