Excellent food and excellent service. I would like to highly recommend PC Bhurban for stay. I give 5 stars to Ms. Sania and Mr. Ramiz and Mr. Faizan Hasan@Nadia.

The only plus point is the weather/location. Overpriced hotel and 1000 entry fee for visitors (who don't have booking). Now, the 1000 rupee entry pass is also not reimbursable at Terrace cafe'. Which sucks cuz you have very limited options 1. You can adjust it with High-tea at Nadia 2. Have food at the Chinese restaurant (forgetting its name) 3. Spend it at the Garden cafe (which doesn't have a good view to enjoy the locality). All in all a disappointing hotel with overpriced rooms and average service at best.

Location is good but rooms and services are not as per PC standards

High school cooking dishes. It was a very bad idea that the best service would be, but no one was willing to talk straight.

The quality of standard has significantly gone down from my last visit. Worst ever breakfast in a 5 star hotel and also room quality and room service was not even close to 5 start standards.

It s was good experience ,but washrooms need to more improve , n extra chrges r too much , beautiful view n staff was good n hard working

Rs. 1000 / head entry (Not refundable at all restaurants), Bad food (bland and cold). Only good thing is the veiw.

I reached in room number 572 at pearl continntal bhurban at 1 o clock am 15 november 2017 as per my booking.but it is dificult to say that on the bed physically i saw dusted pilow and 7 to nine hairs on them.this is recent situation of pc bhurban.
I regular visit of pc chain mostlaly .you may say i m regular customer of them but mostly i find them fail as they or 3 star or 5 star.
I was compulsion to type star so that i could rate them.

Waiter services are not good... Laundry services are tooo bad.

Nice spacious rooms. Lighting and ambiance is really good. I can say best among many hotel rooms.

The place setting is just magestic. However the washrooms could have been cleaner

Worst stay ever. Room service was poor. No towels in bathroom despite reminding for the first day. Dirty room.

Had the Buffett lunch at Nadia cafe. Salads were good however some of the main dishes I tried need the chef's attention. The meat of ' Bhuna gosht ' was not properly cleaned it was just bones with hardly any flesh.
Overall not very tasty.

Excellent front office staff, excellent rooms well clean, smooth check in and check out, overall great front office staff specially i want to mention the name of Mr. Taqi and Ms. Nosheen were very helpful

Room heater was not working. Despite calling 4 times to room service and reception, didn't get any response, no one came to check.
There was an interconnecting door inside the room, lots of noise from next room disturbed alot, there should be proper sound proofing.
Night time there was a musical show, the sound was loud that our children became lithargic as they we're unable to sleep, there must be adequate sound proofing in windows and all doors.
This time our children were missing peacocks.
During winter a tea/coffee machine in the premises will be great.
Due to stone tile flooring in room, it feels more colder in room, wooden flooring or carpet will be better for cold climate.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay alhamdulillah and satisfied with the service.
A pleasure and looking forward for another trip.

I have always found PC Bhurban welcoming and pleasant EXCEPT today. There's a high need to change attitude regarding photography or video. I was taking a short clip on handheld dji cam (facing cam to myself) and a security guard approached me in an extremely rude way. He asked me to not capture back side of reception. I politely ask him is it permitted to use camera in other public area? He said yeah sure. Then I walk and take another shot from opposite side and he approached and shout as If I am a terrorist. Then he blame me of taking pictures of other people family. In fact camera is on my face. Anyways I inquired about policy. He claimed to be a policy in his own soul. I am curious that if it is this much sensitive then why don't you close the hotel or at least put some prominent boards of "no photography". Use some systems to make decent interaction with guests instead of behaving as a monster. Unpleasant, unwelcoming, unfriendly. Jail behaviour should stop. You're a HOTEL not a government school.

Its the weather thats more important. Hotel could have been better.

Good place to stay but very much expensive, a normal old built room with fine outlook coats you around 23,000/- per night which is way beyond to everyone's budget .. but if you have enough money you must go to enjoy the environment and surroundings..

Its not 5 star. But have good atmosphere and amenities.

Location, staff and food really good. Building fixer and fittings including carpets and beddings need urgent upgrade as they look old and dirty. It doesnt feel like you are at a 5 star hotel.
