Pearl Continental Bhurban Review

Good ambiance. Great views good and timely room service but lack food quality as one would imagine it being a 7 star hotel.

Pleasure to stay at Pearl Continental. Its a good place for business class people...

It was an amazing experience at PC Bhurban. The rooms were spacious and luxury, service was promptly available and courteous, complimentary traditional breakfast was served. Highly recommended

Staff is wel trained ,guide the guests properly in polite way even guests satisfaction

Front office staff is doing good job specially Mr. Rameez and Mr. Taqi

PC Bhurbhan is a beautiful place to stay at!
It is on the expensive side.
We really enjoyed the musical nights every night during our stay (it was outdoor) and loved the weather!
There is an outdoor kids play area.
Indoor games are available at an extra fee.
There is a cinema too (ticket charged)
Small hiking track is good (very easy)
The only downside i would like to highlight is:
- Breakfast items are not up to the mark
- Pool temperature isn't maintained. We were swimming in ice cold water in July.

thanks to pc bhurban and the staff of reception front desk was so co operative with us and the dealing with guest they was so mature sheheriyar and shah waseem from reception we like there style of dealing the guest. see u next time guyz

Five star hotel it is the best hotel I have ever seen and stayed in my life you can go to arcade center and freaking swimming pool whoa bro

The staff members especially on counter were very polite and helpful.
I would highly recommend if possible one gets hosted by Muhammad Taqi and Nosheen Munawar, very polite and gentle personalities. Furthermore, food at Nadia restaurant was quite good, however, steaks served at Terrace were not up to the notch.

Totally disappointed and dissatisfied by the service level. I couldn't believe that its the same hotel which I visited 10 years ago.

It's constructed good, rooms are good. Training halls, View are goods but had very bad experience with hotel services including the front desk and room service. They only thing they care about is Money. They want to sell you everything. Worst ever PC hostel in all Pakistan as per their service standards

Nice hotel and nice location and nice room well maintain cleaness staff are friendly.

Location is beautiful. Surrounding scenery is awesome and picturesque. Rooms are OK. But that's about it. Food is pretty average. Everything is too costly. Most of the Staff lacks proper training and manners to deal with guests. The most you can stay here on your own pocket is one night. I will even recommend to have night stay in Pindi or Abbotabad and just visit PC Bhurbun daytime, have buffet lunch, roam about in area, enjoy and go back in afternoon.

Taipan Chinese restaurant has closed. Bbq done only in summers. So the only place to have a full meal is nadia restaurant which serves an overpriced buffet. Coffee shop serves snacks ranging from lhr 1200_rs1800

Amazing place to visit & great food. We tried had snacks at the terrace... and also hi-tea/lunch and dinner at the reataruant which has great views.

Nadia's Resturant at PC Bhurban is one of the best place for families to enjoy good food. The ambiance and environment is excellent. The staff is hospitable, respectful and down to Earth, espcially the services of Ms. Asma Him and Mr. Nadir Iqbal are appreciatable. Thank you Pc Bhutan for your services. Hats off to the piano Guy. My stay was wonderful. Clean rooms. Great atmosphere. Specially noticed a waiter Mr Ayaz, trying to help and serve people as much as possible.

There is so much to write but to keep it short extremely bad experience as compare to my stay in other hotels managed by the same group. Extremely bad presentation/taste of food as compare to the prices charged. No high-tea buffet or other options available with taste. Very uncomfortable environment in room due to no sound proofing from outside and maintenance work carried near by. Extremely bad attitude of waiters especially at the Terrace hotel. And so on recommendation to ZERO level.

Awesome Experience ,,,, I met a front desk girl there Mehru who is such a professional and undoubtedly nice lady who walk me through the whole area and brief every thing in fruitful manners. I just thanks to management for hiring such professionl and friendly staff....

Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurban was one of the best options for the travelers who wanted to enjoy a holiday in peace and comfort but now its totally outdated. It needs to be refurnished. Bedroom appears to be old and tacky. Lights are Yellow which are not at all comfortable. Bathroom/toilet is just too small and old. Toilet had dirty stains all over the place. Everything appears to be of old century.

Beds were stinking really bad and when asked for cleaning, the mattress sheet was really dirty under the bed-sheet. It had dirty stains all over it which was not replaced at all due to which it was stinking. It should have not been there right from the beginning.

Room floor had stains of left overs, when asked to clean, I was told that these are permanent stains on the marble floor.

Cleanliness is poor and hygiene is not maintained properly. House keeping guys use the same shoes to clean bathroom/toilet and bedroom. Its totally awful. Staff needs to be trained properly.

Overall view is great but the room services are awfully bad. Its not at all worthy for the money paid over the services being provided.

Pethatic food taste at tarceca Hall and the meal quantity is enough for toddlers not at least for adults

Place is very beautiful with best services a hotel can offer. Enjoyed staying there.

Overall stay was good room is comfortable. Mr ayaz in nadia is so helpful. Housekeeping was great. Washrooms are clean. Food was awesome. Well done

Really good hotel that's maintained very well and had beautiful views from the gallery. The rooms were spacious and the washroom very clean. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of the hotel with great food and an amazing view from the sun room. The trail in the back is challenging but fun. The pool is not maintained and not advisable to swim in it. There is a local restaurant and general store outside the hotel grounds that can be helpful for the later hours or supplies. There is heavy security at the hotel but the staff are very professional and helpful. It is one of the best hotels in Pakistan and really good place to enjoy the holidays.

The hotel and the ambiance is amazing and cannot be described. But its too much expensive

Though the service of the staff and facilities are quite good the over charging on ordinary items really dampens the enjoyable experience provided by excellent food and memorable service of courteous staff. Would recommend it for people looking for peace and tranquility.
As a last note please don't order tea or try it. For a 5 star hotel with such great food the tea is worst then what your 10 year old son might make for you. Really needs to be looked at as a good cup of tea is the favorite past time of Pakistani nation and especially for the price charged would expect something exquisite. Scrambled eggs were sublime and would strongly recommend it in breakfast in Nadia Terrace.

Waiter ayyaz was very helpfull,reception staff was helping and accomodative,overall staff and amneties were much better than PC Lahore

Excellent front office, smooth check-in and smooth checkout overall great front office team specially I want to mention name of taqi and nosheen who were too helpful

Service is very good but one is persone which name asma gul very caring tomuch loving snd professional aproch and she very well know how deal the guests

I made reservations at Tai Pan Chinese restaurant and the Restaurant Manager was truly professional as well at the serving staff. The cuisine was quite exceptional (my compliments to the Chefs ) and throughly enjoyed by the 20 family members. Whilst we did not stay at the Hotel, we will definitely stay for a few days in the winter.

Very nice place for visiting. Famous for its hi-tea in middle class. It is a Five Star Hotel in Bhorban.

Lobby Was Very Nice.Got A Warm Welcome By Staff Giving Us Orange Juice .Lots Of Activities To do inside and outside.My Bro's favorite food was cheezy fries he had done gas all night good thing exhaust was there.Room view was so amazing.The restaurant Tai Pan was very good food.beds were comfortable Tv Was ok. and it felt like a hotel in america.Must go here if you are going to muree!

Very disappointed in buffet service.. Not what you'd expect from a top notch hotel...not much variety in main dishes at all..Where's all your curries and variety of rice's and naans?. Bbq needs to have more variety too like chops..Tikka...nalian..and they need to be faster, was only one guy there... Come on guys your in Pakistan, show us the foooooood.... .desserts were okay..staff were very polite and courteous.... definitely not worth what we paid though... .. Most of us went back to lodge hungry... Live music was the best... Their security screening was more impressive than the food...
