Food is really bad everytime, they really need to improve their food quality and also upgrade the "resort" which has been same for past 25 years or so

Food quality is not upto the mark! Air-conditioning in Nadia Hall doesnt work.

Out class Hotel , rather resort to stay with family or friends, good style of living and very good services overall.

Enjoy the stay specially the services by front office staff are excellent

It's a good luxury hotel in this area. The hotel itself has a beautiful and well maintained garden, good for an evening walk. It also has a small swimming pool. The food is just ok don't expect extra ordinary taste. The hotel also has a cinema but I don't think it's the place to watch a movie.

This so beautifully located hotel with serene mountains and Valley in Murree Hills. You would really enjoy good stay and food. Though the PC (Pearl Continental) Hotel is well well designed and constructed, but over the period of years it has started to deteriorate and services have declined to an unacceptable levels. You wont expect that level of services from PC anywhere in the world. Management shall completely revamp and refurnish the hotel. The price you pay for staying is not justified in any manner.

Overall experience was good. It's a little expensive but still worth it. You are basically paying for the view. Rooms and hotel's interior feels a bit old too.
I first visited this hotel is 2005 and they didn't do any major renovation since then. Dinner options are also very limited if you don't fancy a boufet.

Its great place to have a refreshing outing...food and services are also great..the buffet restaurant doesnt have much variety but their food is tasty

This was my first visit and I had a different impression of this place. It's old building and at times you can see its missing the finishing you should expect from PC!

Most overrated hotel I have ever been to. Ageing architecture, poor customer service, exuberant prices for sub par food and below average facilities including playground and pool are few of the main features.

Have been to hotels in 5 countries and this doesnt even match the rooms and facilities of 3 star hotels. I dont think just the views justify such high prices. Sorry if I offended anyone but its in no way luxurious or 5 star hotel. Even the cutlery they used was old and worn off. The uniforms worn by staff look dated so does their training.

They make you pay 200 Rs toll for a broken road that leads to PC. On top of that you pay 1000 Rs per head adjustable entry fee which is both a joke and very demeaning.

If near murree best place to be. Rooms and facilities are excellent and hotel is very well equipped. Breakfast is the only meal that I would like to have at the hotel. Not any other bcoz very overpriced. Rooms that I prefer are the Executive ones with valley view. The gallery gives a breathtaking view in the morning and even at night when there is an event at helipad.all gud tourist points are close by. Restaurants can be found just 5 mins walk from the hotel, good and reasonable ones

I stayed in Bhurban PC after 8 years and my feedback has gone negative in these years. The room where I stayed was rite under terrace kitchen. We couldn't sleep till 4 am in morning. The play are is paid and they hardly have any rides. The game room and cinema is also have access after payment. The local restaurant in hotel food has hair in pasta. After i showed to manager they didn't change it nor reduce amount. The counter is slow and I saw many people fighting over speedy service.my experience wasn't good.

Internal environment was not conducive and specially food stuff is below average. Waste of money on food stuff.

Mr Rehmat at the Terrace Cafe was a very pleasant server and was extremely hospitable all throughout our stay

The place is wonderful , rooms are good, excellent services. But the food quality & taste was not as good as in previous years. Need improvement in this.

Long waiting times on each restaurant as there are more visitors than there are staying guests.
And if one is lucky to find a table, the food takes far too long to arrive and is not at all worth the wait.
What a waste of such an excellent location.

Our stay was fantastic. Deluxe rooms were very spacious and clean. The view of valley was also good. Good wifi and uninterrupted electricity is available.

Its my first visit.....i like every thing.... providing all facilities, like all types of food, better environment, play ground...joy land for children etc....i like specially staff behaviour....too much coaprative.....and well mannered......

Staff is very cortues service is v good but in the rush days room service is sometimes delayed for e.g if u hv asked something to get removed or get checked

Comfortable and cool and calm, good place to stay for enjoyment

Poor SOPs, poor food, noisy rooms.

I had to talk to the manager and ask him why staff are not all wearing masks.

About a quarter of the guests are not masked either.

Contrast this with the Serena in Islamabad. They have managed it so that all staff and visitors are masked.

The food was awful. Could hardly tell the difference between chicken Manchurian and sweet and sour.

In this weather the tea pots arrive without tea cosies. Everything is just warm.

Our deluxe room had a connecting door to the room next door. Our neighbours were chatting and enjoying themselves. They were being reasonable, not shouting.

Because of a lack of sound insulation, we heard every word.

When I called the manager at midnight, he offered to make a 'shut up call' to them. I explained that they were being reasonable.

At the end of the call, I clearly told him not to call me back as we were trying to sleep.

10 mins later, he calls me back (waking my wife). He was unable to explain why he ignored by instruction.

Cannot wait to check out.
