For locals this is a haven. But if you have any experience of a international 5* hotel you can very easily see PC bhurbans demise in terms of hotel quality being open for 16 years , the staff have settled for a lower standard and the hotel in general is run down. Alot is show only and has no practical use. Rooms are not clean and the food is rubbish. Suggestion would be to Retrain staff and keep the menu items very limited but keep the quality up.

It was an amazing experience staying at PC Bhurban.. I would love to come and stay here again and again.. staff is sp cooperative especially Mr. Raja Arsalan Majeed at front office extended his full support and provided us with best view room and other services..

But services were little less than upto standards

Stayed there last night, this place is only good if you never been out side of Pakistan. Its not the worth the price tag. The were dirty, The restaurant serves the same buffet for lunch and dinner. Stayed with my family on a sat night. The music was so loud from there music night. We ended up leaving the place at 10 pm. Not worth the price tag.

Very Dissapointed as far as Room Service is concerned .... A.C was nt working . Plus electric issues ....

I have been visited many countries and lived most of times at 4 & 5 stars hotels.
PC hotel of bhurban is Just Good.... rooms okay, nice, breakfast just okay not bad as compared to other hotels in Pakistan,
Quite good BUT if u want to compare with internationally then my score to PC Bhurban is 4 star... due to services & standards.
Sorry if someone doesn't like my comments... its just my feeling during I stayed at PC Bhurban while I paid too high to them for 2 nights living there... no doubt my family liked it. :)

I m staying in delux suit 531 and i m so happy and enjoying my stay so relaxing environment and also thanks to sheheriyar khan from front desk he treat us very well and the checkin was very smooth and sheheryar guid us about all the activities in hotel i m very thankfull to him . I will come again and again. Thanks pc bhurban

The best place to stay if you are visiting murree or surroundings. Recently stayed there for two days. Great experience. Staff is well trained and courteous. I forgot my jacket while checking out. The Lost and Found department called me and sent the jacket at my address. Excellent experience.

Had a great stay and staff of housekeeping and front office was excellent specially mein arsalan and msung nosheen munawar gave us great services

Beautiful scenic hill top resort with all basic amenities of a 5 star hotel.. A bit out dated and in need of an upgrade.. But that is not why you visit this place. Quality restaurants, indoor activities club, snooker etc. Out door activities such as Swimming Pool, tennis court, an open air music theatre with regular music nights. If budget is not an issue.. You must enjoy serenity in the soothingly peaceful fresh air offered here for a couple of days at least.

Reception check in and checkouts are smooth and execllent .. espilsly ms moqudas at guest relation help me a lot to make my stay comfartalbe .

Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurbon a 5 Star Hotel is at 8 km from Mall Murree located in the middle of thick Pine Forest at 6400 ft above sea level and a glorious resort in the valley. Its distance from Islamabad/Rawalpindi is nearly 65 km. From its Terrace Cafe you can enjoy extraordinary view of Kashmir Valley and its snow clad mountains. Rooms are luxurious with high standard comfort. Its Nadia Restaurant/Coffee Shop maintaining high standards of delivery with diverse combinations of food and beverages, Pakistani and Continental dishes, while light snacks are offered at Terrace Cafe. Fresh barbecue dishes are available at Garden Cafe of the Hotel. Guests can enjoy snooker, table tennis, nine holes Golf course, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, trekking and movies as well. Overlooking Kashmir Vally hotel is located atop a cliff offering variety of recreational facilities with high standard of its maintability. Being nearest from Islamabad many times visited the resort with family and enjoyed the days and nights there in almost all the seasons. You can enjoy best snow fall in winter as heavy snow fall witnessed in the season. Hotel is almost found packed during the whole year due to arrival of newly married couples for their honeymoon destination from all over Pakistan. Recommended timely booking for interested visitors.

The standards have dropped drastically unfortunately. The rooms were subpar with the heating/cooling was controlled by the hotel (it could only operate heating or cooling depending on the season). The breakfast was a joke. In a region littered with fresh fruits, the hotel serves canned fruits (including the syrup). Servers see hotel guests as cash cows and expect a tip at every turn. The experience was definitely not worth the ~$250/night we paid. In fact, we cut our weekend trip short by a night and escaped to Islamabad.

Mr Ayaz provided excellent service in Nadia restaurant.

Very very Bad decision for entering the hotel for visit 1000/(PKR) per person ( utilizeable ) but what about the families of 5-6 persons who want to visit they should keep it low as people travel form murree to just see the views of bhurban .

Meet with shafique abbasi Sab he is nice personality. Now he is a manager. Actually all staff cooperated. Nice atmosphere. Today I take manche in evining. Taste are so delicious. Staff member rizwan and fiaz are so coperated guys. Very well done all of u. Stay blessed.

Mr Rehmat at the Terrace Cafe was extremely hospitable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was nice but I faced a problem being a non Pakistani is that I couldn t find an international ATM to take some money therefor if I found another good 5 star hotel that has an international ATM I would probably book there but was fun

This hotel is a great place for an family to do a picnic .This hotel is having alot facilities for example games,pool,tennis coat and much much much more.I will prefer ypu that if you came to Muree so stay or visit this place.

Maintenance of the hotel is long due but the management does not feel like investing . In this price tag, one can get a decent 5 star room anywhere in the world. Only surviving because of the monopoly.

One of the best limited choices to stay in Bhurbun or Murree. The hotel claims to be five star but in reality stands at four star. We stayed a couple of nights, service standards are good but the hotel and rooms show age. Breakfast was lavish and delicious. Plenty of restaurant choices for lunch and dinner. Swimming pool is operational during summers only I guess. Recommended.
