Nosheen and Taqi were friendly and they help us a lot in checking in and out

Environment is really good. Service is nice but dinner served in room late night was not up to the mark. Overall very nice experience

It was my great desire to stay in PC bhurban but all things faced great disaster. Bhurban hotel road us worst condition, non cooperative check in staff, no proper welcome to guests arriving for check in like PC Lahore.
In rooms no AC remote was given after requesting on phone.
No complimentary tea was available in rooms.
Tastless breakfast.
At arriving at hotel Covid 19 checks were abserved butt for guests who were out for shopping and outing, no temperature were checks at gates.
10 10 2020 was check in.

Very rude and lazy staff at reception, angry faces no smile, untrained.... disappointing .

Amazing Staff Masha Allah... stay blessed ever by the grace of Allah Almighty... we realy enjoyed.

It has a very nice view. Walking tracks, children play area, gaming zone,kids swimming pool. Very clean atmosphere. Have been there for family vacations and official workshops and conferences. Weather pleasant all year long . Specially love the snow season.

I have been at pc Bhurban shazia Hall for conference of undp 10-11- &12 th November 2020 & the weather here is marvellous ,the day weather is sunny & little bit colder in the night, so therefore come & enjoy at pc bhurban .

Nadia service is very excellent,food very tasty,good ambiance for family,we are really enjoying,we had a hi tea ,front desk lady miss Asma gull very friendly and humble and jolly service staff very attentive and cooperative,

If you want to waste your money do it by staying at pc and eating from nadia,s.ONLY FOR SHOWBAZI.

It's a nice hotel with almost all amenities however the charge fee from visitors on entrance which is ridiculous.

A great place to be. Relaxing and this time around the food was really good. It has so much to do that you don't need to go anywhere else.

Most expensive food & room service. No smart tvs even in dulex rooms.

Nice place up the hills. Tourists paradise. People from nook and corner love to spend vacations here. Nice architecture and engineering. Nice food, comfortable beds, open air music show and much more.

Over All Good place. But not Value For Money. Too much expensive as compared with Hotels in Turkey. Malaysia. Thailand . Baku Etc. Hotel now needs a Grand extension and Renovation.

Definitely luxurious. Good rooms. Although the service is not currently at par with its reputation. I am sure it will improve.

Our stay was very satisfying cooperative front office staff smooth checkin and smooth checkout rooms were clean and well maintained even everything were properly fixed in rooms but all above great front office staff Mr. Muhammad Taqi Ms. Nosheen were very helpful

In the month of January I stay in pc bhurban.room was cleaned,well managed and so nice.Linen was well pressed and new.I think this is a best continental hotel in the Pakistan.i appriciatt to Housekeeping Department for well cleaned the room.

Nice experience. Lobby , rooms and restaurants were clean. Corridors outside rooms need improvement regarding cleanliness.

Nice and beautiful. Facilities are good.
It even has a indoor game area and cinema.
Reception staff should be more courteous and smiling especially the ladies.

It was amazing staying here , food was good , view from room was perfect and sana , taqi and arsalan were so kind and courteous

PC Bhurban is wonderful place since start, now standard is not been maintained. I have following reservation/observations:
Rooms are not noise controlled, people moving in corridor can be heard just they are in your room.
Music night noise was just as it was happening next to your door.
Hospitality has price , but shouldn't compromised on standards & norms . Tea & coffee was not available in room.

Hotel needs major renovation - staff is too busy they sometimes forget they are in the services business - sometimes they even ignore customers - carpets in the lobby and bathroom fixtures need to be changed immediately -

It is amazing place for tourist. Slightly overcrowded. Food is very nice.

Poor service, the place appears to be run by amateurs. Stayed in an executive room which is more like a basic room in any decent quality hotel. Children rides were half broken and food quality was pathetic. Regret my decision to stay there. PC is a decent chain but this hotel is a big let down.

Rehmat Zar has given us the best customer service at terrace cafe. The food was delicious.
