I hapoen to b in pc bhurban on super at arrival was welcom by Rameez n looked after very well by miss sania n miss mehru nisa both girls were very courtious n friendly on super nasir treated us very nice n we had good soup n chicken tikka food of hitel is delicious , well done all staff, am with another friend . As i m your regular guest but this time i had a very bad experience that the other guests who were staying there disturbed us alot. In the middle of the night they were yelling in corridors and using abusive language which left my kids trembling coz they were frightened and also coz of them i couldnt allow my daughter to leave the room n move around in the hotel coz they were not behaving appropriately. It was indeed a horrible experience . Just want to say that we are paying a handsome amount just to relax n have a good time rather than ruining our holidays.
The stay in this hotel was great, especially the housekeeping staff was very deligent and cooperative specifically Muhammad Azeem.

Huhh I haven't word what an beautiful experience at PC Bhurbun. The view, the atmosphere, the environmnt, the Morning Buffet n the terrace Cafe all the things at PC was just excellentt.... Yeah but the managemnt should add in ur menu u some pakistani quizins that will amazing for all of us n specially the foreign tourister...

I visited PC on this day and ordered steaks and sandwich. Though the food was ordinary and maintenance was poor but the services and behaviour of the staff especially Watif. Found nothing special or good reason to visit PC again..

From a very long time(Visiting PC Bhurban since 1997) I found no improvement in services,catering and food quality.Mostly Deaf type of behavior from Staff.So yes Its a good place but no good Hotel
High class luxurious accomodation that meet higher standard of service Quality. Staff was very attentive and helpful especially Miss Nosheen GRM were very service oriented and highly professional towards her assignment,

Clogged sink drains, some main doors that lead to the grounds were locked.. had to take alternative route's. Besides this everything else was superb. U definitely need to carry ur own water bottle when going to dine at any of the restaurants. The water is not complimentary during lunch n dinner in some of the restaurants.

A quite, beautiful and romantic place, but a hell expensive. Its infrastructure is old and its a goold place for photography.

Very old rooms although they're big. But very old furniture in the room I stayed in. Breakfast in Nadia cafe was also not up to mark. Bakery items were not fresh. I think they need to do major changes. The only thing good was the dinner in the woods.
Receptionist was great checkin and checkouts was exllent warm well by front desk staff
Loved the weather! Perfect for a getaway. Wished the trail was open at night, but I guess it's for the guests safety.

Its popular due to its location in murree burbahan . Very beautiful location very beautiful hotel and its environment. I love its break fast and some time i go specaily only for break fast . The bad thing is that its always crowdy due companies meeting and outsider visitor.
A beautifule place to visit and sceneric view which is really really beautiful. nice parks there and tracks for tracking.

Rooms are not very calm (No Sound Proofing). Rest is good but if no peace, no use. Food quality specially sweets are really good.
Front office team was perfect and check in and check out was smooth and food quality need to be improved and everything was perfect and smooth and room and reservation process was smooth.
For a top hotel in Pakistan this was very poor. The washrooms were in an apaulling state which meant we literally couldn't use them, and when we went to complain the staff didn't take us seriously and were laughing amongst themselves truly unacceptable and unprofessional! On a whole the place was very rundown and has not been well maintained.The food was okay in the restaurant NADIA but I wouldn't come here again. Very dissapointed on the wasted trip.
Amazing place and amazing service, we stayed in presidential suite and everything was perfect. If we come on holidays next year we defo booking same room again
