Great food but professionalism is somewhat mediocre

Great food, I had great company. Took home 3 Fish and chips. Best Coffee ever the Peach coffee.

Great service, no wait earlier on Sunday mornings. Biscuits & gravy were great, salmon croquettes & cheese grits were also great, and the peach Palmer perfectly sweet!

Black owned establishment btw.

service was great waited no more than a minute for a table the service staff are excellent , Latoya was very attentive.

The shrimp grits are aaaaamazing, i was literally cleaning the bowl with the toast to get every drop of the sauce

Peach coffee is a pleasant surprise

I understand that the wait time can be up to an hour during peak time. I arrived at 12:54 pm with a party of 2 and I am still waiting and the time is 2:25pm. I later suspected that the hostess decided to seat us as close to last and by the kitchen even though at this time there were several open tables because I complained about her un-enthusiasm for her job. When I inquired about the other table/booth she lied and said that a customer (who happened to be the last customer)asked for the booth. When i asked them they told me they preferred a booth but it was not necessary. Clearly this hostess decided to display and exercise her mirco-aggressions. This is unacceptable and I will never ever support this establishment again for just ok food.

Good food, very friendly but slow service. Great leisurely breakfast.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Tennille hung up on me when I called back to complain about the order being prepared wrong and the food not tasting fresh.. She was very nasty and refused to give me my money back and the error was there fault and the food was NOT good. Nasty attitude and nasty food.

The food is really good. The serve was pretty good as well... It's a must go!!!

The food was actually delicious, I ordered the Catfish with cheese grits and greens with a side of french toast. My guest had the Philly Omlete and Chicken Wings. The Omlete wasn't cooked properly and was dried out. Beside the understandable hour wait for seating for the holiday, the hour and half wait for food was discouraging.

Excellent!! The salmon croquettes and the cheesy grits were awesome. The fried chicken and french toast was great. Great atmosphere and customer service, I will definitely come back again.

Very flavorful food! Yum Yum delicious!! Staff could have been more attentive to their customers though...Didnt tip because of that reason.

I was not at all bothered by the wait, but i was infuriated with the manager nice nasty attitude. They sent our server home ...and we never recvd our drinks only after informing theis manager. She insinuated that she would take them off the bill although the sent- home server didnt write them down. They never assigned or informed us that he wa as no longer there, rhey messeed the order up unapolgetically, to add insult this condescending unprofessional manager was informed that our bacon was soagy and had noticable hair in it she actually personally brought out burned nacon and asked my daughter " is this crispy enough for you?" I lost it and will never go back!!!! Its a shame when service and the lack of remorse establishes the first opoinion.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Super great service. Felt like I was at grandmas house. The food is honestly delicious. I'm from Baltimore Maryland and I felt at home. Oh!!!!! You have to try the peaches and cream coffee. I just had to buy a bag of the grounds. Everything was so good, we were at our table cleaning up after we ate EVERY morsel, lol!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Service was absolutely terrible, it took too long to receive our food and I got sick and tired of the waitresses apologizing! The food after waiting so long was not that great!

I actually really like this restaurant but the service is so subpar. Usually if Sherri is up front it s a lot better but if not it s a problem. I once waited 15 min for someone to come up to the host stand and ask me if I ve been helped! Waitresses walked up and said nothing and the restaurant had 2 or three tables to help- meaning the place was practically empty. I hope they do a little better because I do really like this place.

Have the Salmon Croquettes and grits or the Shrimp and grits. You re welcome lol. Good food in Bronzeville.

Sat for 15 minutes and not even a glass if water. Myself and another group got up and left. SAD

Food is ok the first time I had duck bacon it kinda taste like slab bacon it was good

I was at Peaches this morning 10/23/2017. The service was terrible. We were a party of four. We were not greeted at the door and had to be asked to be seated. Once being seated we were not acknowledged until my husband stop a waitress and asksd for cofee. We ordered our food and after sitting there for an hour and threating to leave the food came lukewarm. When asked to speak to the manager no one ever came. Two out of the four of us asked to have our food reheated. Thirty minutes went by and they still never received the heated up food. We went to the register and informed the cashier and nothing was done. We payed the bill for the two meals and left.The service was horrible we were celebrating my son's job promotion and this was a wash. And if you like Almond milk in your coffee becuse your lactose intolerant its a $2 up charge I will not be going to this place again. And will inform my co-worker of the service.

Never ate. There. Waited 45 minutes. Told it would be 15 minutes. At Original Pankcake House. At a table and eating.

Duck bowl was waaaay too greasy this time, peach coffee was ok. This was my 3rd or 4th visit and the food didn't seem as good as before. The catfish and shrimp and grits from my previous visits were much better.

Great place to dine. Shrimp and cheese grits off the chain. Too much noise can't hear music playing so why even play it. Its annoying.

The service was horrible and the food was OK.i called and was put on hold hell, I called back and was hung up on. I figured they were busy so y friends and I just went. I was told the wait was 15 mins and we ended up waiting an hour. There was an empty table when I arrived it took the hostess 30 mins to seat a couple, again 3 tables were emptied and the hostess didnt sit anyone for 10mins. I wont be returning.

Yes totally worth great food nice attitudes. Just a little slower when crowded so actual rating is 4.75.

Nice little cozy spot. Food was good. We had shrimp & grits, house potatoes, chicken wings & French toast. I'd go back.

You must try the peach coffee. It is amazing! Fantastic and unique breakfast/brunch options that satisfy and are not your same old tired breakfast dishes. The classics, they do so well that they seem like brand new dishes! Outstanding service as well, smiles from everyone

I had the French toast on my visit and I found them to be quite tasty.

I got the shrimp n grits. It wasn't as good as the first time I got it. It was decent but I really loved the grits with the creamy white cheese sauce. I would still go back.

Definitely a spot worth trying, the food is good and fresh, the prices are convenient and it is consistently well kept there. Great work.

First time here .. Greens and Catfish were fantastic .. Atmosphere was great .. I highly recommend you try it if you get a chance!

I don't know how it's possible to make bland soul brunch food. I just dont. I had to use two bottles of hot sauce to make it palatable. Maybe they should rename it Dracula's Soul-Less Brunch Restaurant because it has no soul. If you hold this chow up in front of a mirror all you'll see is the plate. Do yourself a favor and go to either Valois or The Original Pancake House. You ll thank me later.

Food was good but not enough for the price. The place was not that busy but we still ended up waiting over an hour for the food. A couple came in after us and got their food, ate and left. We were still sitting with just water.

Second time here. My waitress was great we had six kids with us. But my steak was cold sent it back with a piece cut off. I got the same steak back after it had been thrown on the grill to warm up. Unsanitary at the least. Once notified the manager apologized and took my meal off bill.

went here about a month ago. It was after 2pm. Atmosphere was very nice, clean and relaxed. The only thing that was cooked fresh were my eggs. The in-house potatoes looked like they hand been sitting for a week. the waitress was awesome and we did tip. i may go back and try again? Maybe. The food was old and dry for 2pm but it shouldn't matter what time. Very disappointed. i just should have went to maggies

Peach's is a nice neighborhood breakfast rest. The food is good. A little different style were as they offer duck bacon which is delious but not seen n Black neighborhoods. Pancakes, coffee, and healthy dishes also on the menu. There is street parking but it sits on the corner on a busy street so parking can be tight, but location is not hard to find. Service was good last time I went but can be slow sometimes. Washrooms available. Seating, booths and tables, seated waiting offered cuz on the weekends u might have to wait for a table !

They Got the Waffles and their Grits and catfish. STFD! Go. Eat. Be happy

My food and service were great! There coffee is really good. Our waitress Latika was the best. She was friendly and attentive. I had the shrimp and grits. OMG, it's hard to find places that cook grits the correct way. They're definitely a place that has mastered grits. I substituted the regular bacon for duck bacon. Don't shy away from the duck bacon. It was excellent. I also had a side order of chicken sausage patties. They were great. They have the best coffee here. Please try the peach coffee. You won't be sorry. A good restaurant for families. We didn't have to wait at all. Don't miss this gem in the community. You won't be sorry.

Their food is usually good, however when I visited two weeks ago, I can't stand firm to that claim.

I had the chicken and French toast.
Chicken was bland ,french toast wasn't freshly made. Tasted like it had been created previously then reheated and served once I ordered it. French toast is generally made with sourdough bread. This time it was simply wheat bread.....

The servers they have now are inexperienced and not very pleasant. They looked very tired and not happy to be at work. However, my server Telila, was awesome. She made sure I had everything I needed. I always have a great experience when I come in, with her.
The cashier was very pleasant and welcoming as well.

The food was very good. However, the service was some what lackluster. To clarify just make sure that when you place your order they get it correctly.
I would visit Peach's again. Food and prices good service not so much.

I had the duck bacon bowl and a side of grits it taste great. I didnt have to add salt or pepper. I will definitely return to try the salmon croquettes with the cheesy grits. Parking wasn't hard to find, but it does suck. Really like the atmosphere and so did my granddaughters.

Love theyre southern cuisine. And they also have a light healthy menu. Salmon. Shrimp and grits. And the peach tea and lemonade is unreal its so good.

It was ok... I expected a better! My turkey bacon was burnt, something was floating in my water, my potatoes was hard. I just expected better

Food is great, service is spotty. Sometimes server is great, sometimes some of the worst I've had.
