Great Headquarters of the company I work for. It's been really pleasant to visit this wonderful place.

This company makes my favorite air tools, including my pneumatic impact gun.
Bang for the buck, they are a good deal...

Just swapped out my old furnace for trade heat pump and was force to use Nexia thermostat. Heat pump I will review later. The Nexia thermostat is terrible. the user interface is clunky at best. Why would you make us switch to inferer device TRANE? I want to move back to my nest.

Contacting and getting customer service from this company is impossible.

The furnace, a Trane, installed in the house I bought was installed incorrectly and nearly killed us. The exhaust gases were being pumped straight into the basement of the building!

The required sticker that MUST be affixed to the unit per federal law dating back to the 1980s identifying the installer and date installed was never installed.

Trying to get help identifying the purchaser of the unit is impossible. Which company purchased from Trane unknown because Trane REFUSES to cooperate.

If that is how this company operates then how can they stay in business.

After contacting nearest service dealer according to Trane's site THEY tried to rip me off!!!!

Maybe I should sue the HELL out of Trane corporate!!!

Concur with M DV. Consumer support from Trane is non-existent. Their consumer support is, "call a dealer". No help at all.

This is the Global headquarters for Ingersoll Rand. The company produces a number of industrial and consumer products under the brands; Trane, American Standard, Club Car, Thermo-King, Ingersoll Rand and many other.

Trying to contact them for tax return information and no one answers main phone number? My dad was a vice president of this company and is probably turning over in his grave at the way the company now operates.
