Do not book for the slide and splash pad for kids. Have to be over 4 foot tall to ride. There are no exceptions. Very unfortunate since we booked specifically because of this.

States that no one can external the room during stay because of COVID... but the towels and sheets were swapped out.

Beautiful hotel but unfortunate that they do not have everything under control.

Brian this also doesn t include entering our room even though your policy says you can t, and bathrooms at the pool not being cleaned until asking staff to do so. I don t have your contact information but if you want to email me or call me you have my information.
