Graham replaced the charging port on my son's laptop. He ordered the part in before we dropped it off, then repaired it within a day. Perfect. Very happy not to lose it for weeks with a bigger organisation. Will go back in the future.

After taking my laptop to another repair shop in Croydon they told me that my laptop needed a new hard drive.
Something told me I was about to get ripped off, as I thought the price was way to high.
I collected the laptop and thought I would get a second opinion so I took it to PC Repairs Croydon and thank god I did as it was not the hard drive that was at fault but a simple driver error that was causing the laptop not to go into windows.
These people saved me loads of money.

Took my damaged laptop to Graham the other day as my screen has broken and HDD had crashed. He had installed a brand new HDD with wins 10 with Office. He was very helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. Issues were fixed within 2 days and offers very good after-care customer support which was really helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone if you run into any computer issues.

I was recommend Graham through a friend of mine who had used him recently. I had a nasty virus and was worried I would lose all my valuable family photos but thankfully Graham was able to restore my laptop to fully working condition and kept my precious data intact! Fantastic, friendly, professional and speedy repair service from Graham at PC repairs! After spending over 2 hours on the phone to Dell s technical support team and being told the only way they could help was by giving my laptop into their service centre which could take up to 2 weeks and pc world quoting up to 5 days, Graham at Pc repair resolved my issue within a matter of hours and returned my laptop back to me like new! Great work and I d definitely recommend.

My brother's company was having really bad problems with speed. Emails were coming through so so slowly. In desperation I called this company again (they had already replaced the keyboard on my laptop).

My company s main PC developed a fault, so I got in contact with PC Repairs Croydon, through their knowledge, expertise and understanding they repaired all errors, components and software issues with no issues. Their communication throughout the speedily turnaround was excellent keeping me informed at all stages via text, and telephone a major consideration when running a business both from home and the office.

Phoned in the morning and explained the problem with my laptop, dropped it off around 3pm , received call with diagnosis within two hrs, i confirmed ok to proceed with repair and laptop was fixed in the evening on the the same day. First class service and very polite and helpful.

After weeks of of getting blue and black screens and running at a snails pace I phoned Graham, within 5 hours I had my pc back running as new.

Laptop blacked out , wasn't sure what caused it, was performing a BIOS update and also my screen was physically damaged for a while.

I rang about my laptop that had stopped turning on and hadn't been working for a couple of days.
He was able to take a look at it the same afternoon. By around 4 o'clock I received a call to say it was fixed.

I m happy to say that Graham from PC Repairs Croydon, provides a fast, friendly and efficient service. I have already recommended his services to a friend. I took my PC to him on Friday and got it back on Sunday. The problem I was having was system overheating. He explained what issue was cause the overheating and gave suggestions and options on how it could be fixed and prevented from happening again. Outstanding service, the PC is working as if new.

They sorted my laptop's operating system then took me through the steps i had forgotten to get all the apps and printer up and running.

We needed our PC repaired quickly and Graham was great. Figured out the problem fast and we had our computer back in 48 hrs. Excellent and professional service. He also helped and advised on other IT questions we had. Highly recommend.

I usually have no money after paying the council tax, and even when I do spend money, I want unreasonable bargains. I had 2 desktop gaming PCs, both with faults, but both with relative strengths and weaknesses. I asked Graham if he could merge the best bits of both and create a new machine capable of running high end flight sims like X-plane 11 and DCS. Well, like Frankenstein's monster he created an absolute brute of a machine, and installed Windows 10 (Don't listen to the doomsayers, Win10 is a very good operating system)

And he did all of that for a very reasonable price , in about 5-6 hours, and the following day helped me with a minor technical problem and was able to remote onto my desktop from home using TeamViewer he had thoughtfully installed. He also advised me about simple future upgrades of RAM and what and where I could buy DIMMs to install myself on the motherboard.

Graham admitted that this was an unusual task for him but he took it on with enthusiasm and I am now a very happy virtual Biggles/Red Baron for hours each day

Graham was absolutely phenomenonal. I had an issue with my hard drive and he managed to figure out the issue in half an hour(!!) and fix it for the next day for a very reasonable price! Very professional and have had no issues since! Definitely would recommend.

An excellent service - Graham called pretty much immediately and arranged to resolve the issue remotely. This was finished within 30 minutes, and I was back on track and working almost straight away. Such a relief! The cost was minimal, especially considering the work done and the time and energy I would otherwise have spent taking the machine to a repair shop, etc. I highly recommend Graham and will be very happy to make use of this service again.

He lost half the screws in my PC and didn't say anything; I only found out later.
He refused to remove the worthless antivirus they installed and changed auto update settings without being asked.
He was unable to diagnose a loose Wi-Fi antenna, blamed the Wi-Fi card and replaced that necessarily.

I would not recommend.

Having been stuck in a perpetual restart cycle, Graham advised we needed to change the hard drive which he did in addition to re-installing all the software, windows and giving it a thorough clean to improve performance. My laptop suddenly went off-line and then emitted what sounded like its death rattle - a series of harsh clicking sounds. I hastily pressed 'Escape' and the screen went blank. I connected it to the charger for a while but when I repeatedly tried turning it on it remained dead.
The gentleman at PC Repairs dominated this unco-operative machine from the word go. He fiddled with the leads and the 'on' button for a bit and suddenly it sprang into life. The computer was charged but not me. Thank you!

5 star service. I totally recommend! Graham repaired my laptop that was dead. Few weeks after, I messed up with it again and couldn t turn the Wi-Fi on. I tried everything and things were getting worse, so I texted Graham telling what was happening and he called me back few minutes after.
